Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse

We had a wonder night. We will be back! The steaks we're cooked perfectly seem to lack a little seasoning. Still excellent kind of meat. Our server was amazing. She really took good care of us and the booth was just outstanding great ambience. The mentalist on staff is amazing.

Great Italian food beautifully prepared and flavorful. The steak dinners were prepared as requested. Ample food. Great service and attentive server. We will definitely go back.

This was my first time here and I'm so glad we came here for my birthday dinner. The food was amazing! The waitress we had was amazing. It's a little pricey but so worth it!

Very nice atmosphere. Food was seasoned well. The Wedge Salad is a must if you go. If the Delmonico Steak was our favorite , Wedge would have been. The Cheesecake was creamy and delicious.

Haven't been here for a few years but it was nice to come back. They have a lot of choices from Steaks to pasta. As a starter the wedge salad with Gorgonzola was big enough to share. My wife had the chicken French and I had a double bone in pork chop. Mine came with pasta but the marsala sauce went well with the dish. For dessert we had a peanut butter cheese cake with "home made" chocolate and whipped cream. It was all very well done but we like our pastas with a little more sauce than what came out with it but was good none the less which was why I deducted a point from their total. The waitress came over often enough without being too nosy. She basically let us enjoy our meal and enjoy our night out.

Took my college age daughter to dinner and we were placed in a room with 10-12 10 year old hockey boys and their buzzed parents. The parents might have been more out of control than the boys. I'm all for a fun night out but the registrant failed to “read the room”: it seemed obvious to me that we didn't fit in with the mayhem. Food was good but not memorable. Server did a good job but even she didn't ask us until 30 minutes in if we'd like a quieter spot.

The Delmonico was cooked perfect. I don’t like seared steak so I asked the waitress Erin if I could get it charbroiled and she said I could. Erin was very invested in my meal. I always ask for a fatty cap of ribeye and she wrote it just the way I asked for it charbroiled medium rare fatty cap. And it came to me just the way I asked for it. It was delicious. I asked Erin for oil and vinegar and cheese for my bread she brought it all out. Erin stopped by several times for refills on drink and more cheese and bread. She did an awesome job. Give her a raise and if you get lucky enough to have her as your waitress leave her a review because she deserves it. great job Erin and also thank you to the Chef for cooking it perfect. Restaurant was clean and food was awesome!

My best friend and I went to Delmonico's to celebrate our mutual birthdays. We know the food is always consistent and really good. I love the Filet Mignon medium rare and it arrived PERFECT! I get it with a side of their fettuccini Alfredo, which is so delicious. If you love Fettuccini Alfredo they also offer it as a dinner, which I have had before and, as I said, I love it. It's not a watered down Alfredo. It's creamy and cheese and thick. Our server, Danielle, was amazing. I have eaten at every top notch restaurant in Rochester and I have never had the level of service Danielle provided. Our sodas never sat empty without a fresh one appearing without asking. She made suggestions and explained everything beautifully. Everything was perfect, and they finished our meal off with a wonderful birthday surprise. We had noted in our reservation that it was our mutual birthdays, but we didn't expect anything from it. Well, we were surprised and delighted. I rarely wrote a review, but I felt compelled to write this one. We will definitely be back soon!

We had the best time with new trainee and trainer and they did an excellent job. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time and the food was great... we bought more to take home... a great experience. Denise and Marc

Ordered steak medium rare and it was medium well. Spicy penne vodka not spicy at all and very heavy on the parm flavor. Canollis for dessert were amazing.

Meal was delicious. The only complaint I have is that they served me broccoli in a huge chunk. (Like the head of a whole broccoli). It was extremely difficult to cut because it wasn't quite cooked enough. Server was great.

Food was good but the service was terrible! Kids were running around with out parents We had dinner guests that had never been there and I was embarrassed to have brought them there! Won't be returning any time soon!

Our evening was to celebrate my father's 81st birthday. I requested a private table in a quieter area, so that everyone could converse and enjoy each other's company. The staff was able to easily accommodate us and all were so pleased. The service staff, Chelsea, was exceptionally attentive and never made us feel rushed. She was on top of refilling drinks, getting the appetizers, bread and salads out before our meals and then was very keyed in to our needs, including ensuring that the meat was cooked to the right temperature, that we had enough cheese and intuitive to know to bring extra sauce for pasta dishes. She was excellent and so very, very pleasant. The entire evening was very special and we were glad to have spent it with Delmonicos!
