My family of four came here for the first time ever and was turned off, unfortunately. We had 2 children with us in addition to it being our first time and was having trouble reading the menus, understandably. When our waitress asked if we needed more time, I responded yes, because we truly did. It seemed like instantly our waitress caught an attitude and was annoyed. We ordered $70 worth of food, but when asked if we needed anything else, I had realized we never received silverware. No biggie, right? Wrong, the waitress comes back and states the dishwasher is broken and they only have plastic cutlery, each packet containing fork, spoon, salt, pepper, and 1 napkin At this point, I'm over it and don't want to cause a fuss, so we accepted the cutlery and decided to eat our meal. 10 min or so into eating, we realize we are going to need more napkins, especially seeing as half our table are children. We managed to flag down our waitress who was walking a mile a min and asked for additional napkins only for her to not stop walking, not respond but make eye contact. Moments later, another waitress walked by just as fast without stopping and handed me the extra napkins I had asked for. By now, I am annoyed, I've lost appetite, and I am READY TO GO!!! We tracked down our waitress one last time to ask for to go boxes and the check and couldn't wait to get out of there. I am also pretty sure the people seated after us received actual silverware. The food isn't that good 6.5/10. My omelet was overstuffed with burnt, charred vegetables. The glob of butter they put on the pancakes/french toast is too much. My hashbrowns were both somehow burnt and greasy undercooked (how is that possible). This was a terrible first impression. My family will not be returning. It's unfortunate because my children love breakfast type food, and Dennys could have been a location we frequent often. Good service and good food speaks volumes.

This place was honestly horrible. We had to wait almost an hour for our food which I understand people are short staffed but the table that ordered food after us was served first. And on top of that when we finally got our food it was cold like it sat out. Our waitress didn’t give us any condiments, didn’t check on us, we didn’t receive any sugar with our coffee. When we tried to get others attention we were ignored. It happened to other tables as well. I’m honestly so disappointed and unsatisfied. Very upset I spent $40 on this meal.

The restaurant provided great service. The veggie omelette was delicious and came with a side of fresh fruit. Although it was a bit noisy due to the breakfast rush, it was still a pleasant experience.

AWAKE AWAKE Put on your strength

The pancakes were rather thick and dry, however I asked that the cook add more water and they were light and fluffy, but very very small. <On behalf of delivery drivers>If the food's not going to be ready for 20+ minutes, that's totally cool. Just let us know, and then we can either unassign the order, or go do another delivery in the meantime, and come back when it's ready. Saying "a couple minutes" (and then evading) when it's going to be much, much longer, is a bit like if someone were to come into your work and clock you out while you're still working. Delivery drivers generally do NOT get paid for the time we sit around waiting for food to be ready. So again, if there's a long wait for the food to be ready, that is totally cool. It's just important that we know such is the case, so that we can utilize our time effectively and do other things - not just sit around making $0.

Disappointing! The bathroom is disgusting... it's probably the first time I've ever had to use a napkin, since there was no toilet paper.I asked for my eggs to be runny, and when I asked fro them to be redone, the waitress said I had asked for "broke" eggs... which I hadn't and that's not even terminology I'd ever even known about until she used it. So no accountability.When the eggs were brought back, they plate was dripping from the bottom of the plate of butter... so the whole table got greased.Staff was kind. But inefficient. No water refills or coffee refills without asking first. If you are unhappy with your food, YOU bring it to the front register, because no one comes to check on you.Overall disappointing.

There was a bit of a wait for a table. Which was odd because I saw more than a couple empty tables once I had been seated. I am presuming they just did not have enough staff to wait on the tables quickly enough. Service and food were just as I'd have expected otherwise.Another stop, to place a to-go order.
