Someone recommended desiato when I was in Rochester for lunch and I am glad they did. I've been four times since then I've had something different every time and its always good. The sub rolls are made fresh and everything is made with love.

Quaint deli with fantastic sandwiches for good prices, as well as other menu options. Concert goer/City aesthetic with concert posters and sports team memorabilia as well as other decorations. Good portions, good place to sit in or take out from. They offer daily specials.

Mark was a pleasure to interact with when my husband and I came in for breakfast. He was very polite and warm and answered all our questions about our order. Being away from Rochester for 20 years now, we were shocked how the service here has changed or maybe is different than what we are used to now in the south but Mark lived up to what customer service should be. Bravo to him!
