DiBella's Italian Market

Ordered a sandwich with all of the veggies except for shredded lettuce. All I got was bread meat and cheese, very disappointing. Called the store and the manager, whom I don't remember her name, was very rude. She said that many people order sandwiches just meat and cheese when I said why would I order a sandwich just meat and cheese. I asked her what was going to be done to compensate for the mistake she said there was no mistake we're not doing anything. Very unprofessional, very rude!!! I received my money back for the full order from Uber eats because they understand customer service. You may want to take a closer look at your management customer service skills or have your managers take some courses on customer service, because the service I got was not customer orientated.

A family member suggested I use DiBella's to cater a casual Celebration of Life. Heather was so easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful figuring out what to order and how much. The food was delivered right on time, ready to serve and all was absolutely delicious!

I had to fast for a medical procedure and was thinking of a wing joint down the street but wasn't about to pay $17 for 10 wings so placed an order for a cheesesteak at Dibella's for a 1:15 pickup. My procedure ended early at 12:45 so I called to move up my order and it was ready when I arrived at 1 - thank you - delicious and so much better than wings and a lot less money!

Dibellas is 5/5. Their subs are the best in Rochester. This location in Henrietta, specifically, sucks. Even though it’s really nice inside, I hate that you can’t order at the counter anymore and have your sub created in front of you like the other locations. They used to have this here and then after COVID that got removed. Would also rather have a fountain drink than a long line of canned beverages. For those reasons, this location gets a 4/5.

None of the toppings were on the sub. It was disgusting looking and tasting. I threw it in the garbage. Usually I never have a problem here but when there is a problem, it should be handled the right way out of respect for the customer and the $18 price of this sub. I called the store and was told the manager has to approve a coupon for a free sub to be sent to my email at some point. I should have been instantly refunded.

Went to the car dealership and we had to wait for the insurance to be transferred over and grabbed this place for lunch, wait time was almost 10 minutes but expected since it was very busy

Staff are always friendly. Love the subs. In my opinion, you can't get a better sub anywhere in Rochester than at a DiBella's. I like how the stores are all designed with high ceilings and large areas to sit and eat.
