Nice place with decent Subs.
I usually order on their app then come here to pick up. The place was clean and have good amount of tables. Since I order online, I don’t have to wait long. They have many options for Sub and you can build your own. Their price is ok, not the cheap side. I enjoy their Sub so far. The only 1 thing is the Everything bread, I believe the onion pieces on the outside of the bread, are salty, so when eat, it makes the whole meal a bit salty for me.

Corporate decided to remove the mini size sub from the menu. Listen to your customers corporate : Bring the mini back!!! Dibellas is my favorite place and rates 5 stars, but not when you remove my favorite part of the menu. Face it, a sub is a calorie dense food choice, and the only way to reduce calories is by eating less. Please offer smaller portions on the online ordering menu.

This is by far the best sub shop in Rochester. The staff here is better than any other in town. I ususally do online to go orders and when I arrive they greet me by 1st name and hand me my order with a smile. Recently they raised their prices so I won't be abel to go as often as I would like. @ 9.49 for a small sub I will have to rely on other options.

The food and service is always excellent at this location. The dining room was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly. All the food was fresh, tasty, and made correctly. I highly recommend.

The limited edition chicken cordon bleu sub is excellent and would be my new go-to sub if it stays on the menu. This needs to be made a permanent item.

Don’t bother going to another location, I’ll go out of my way to go to this one if possible.

The DiBella's in Henrietta has the absolute best subs and Mac salad. The space is very open and pristine. I highly recommend trying the Dagwood sub if you like corned beef.

We ordered multiple sub trays for our event. Everything about the process was absolutely seamless. The manager sat with us to plan and order from the extensive menu. Pick up was easy as the order was ready and staff was expecting us. No waiting to obtain the order. The food was delicious. The variety of rolls and their freshness was superb! The cookies were a hit - none left at the end of the night! I would unequivocally order from DiBellas and, without reserve recommend them for catering your next event.

Always my go-to for a fresh sub! The crunchy roll, fresh veggies, and salty cold cuts hit the spot every time. I’ve tried the Dagwood, Spicy Turkey & Bacon, and the Godfather and was never disappointed!
