First time going to this location. Great atmosphere, food, the employees are friendly and the customers too. Bring the family and feast on a good meal.

Alexis took our order and she was so sweet and cool! She was patient with us and made us feel at ease while ordering.

Food was ok , flavor was lacking , kinda overpriced now prob would not come back and to to wegmans instead

We came from out of state and WOW! My husband and I agree this was the best sub we’ve never had. Huge portion sizes, delicious homemade bread, and a unique environment. Next time I’d order light oil to make it less messy to eat. But everything was so delicious!

I only allow myself to eat take out once in a while (as I am on weight watchers). I was so excited to eat a Godfather sub and my husband wanted one too but we both got some different stuff on it. I didn’t want banana peppers and spicy mustard and I wanted black olives. Well my sub had no black olives, and tons of spicy mustard and banana peppers. It was so gross and I hate spicy mustard! It shouldn’t be that hard! So disappointed and I got our subs to go and by the time Ingot home they were closed. So disappointed.

Ordered a sandwich with all of the veggies except for shredded lettuce. All I got was bread meat and cheese, very disappointing. Called the store and the manager, whom I don't remember her name, was very rude. She said that many people order sandwiches just meat and cheese when I said why would I order a sandwich just meat and cheese. I asked her what was going to be done to compensate for the mistake she said there was no mistake we're not doing anything. Very unprofessional, very rude!!! I received my money back for the full order from Uber eats because they understand customer service. You may want to take a closer look at your management customer service skills or have your managers take some courses on customer service, because the service I got was not customer orientated.

Enjoyed my lunch sub so much I swung through again and tried a different one for dinner. Will definitely go again whenever I'm in Rochester.

A family member suggested I use DiBella's to cater a casual Celebration of Life. Heather was so easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful figuring out what to order and how much. The food was delivered right on time, ready to serve and all was absolutely delicious!

I had to fast for a medical procedure and was thinking of a wing joint down the street but wasn't about to pay $17 for 10 wings so placed an order for a cheesesteak at Dibella's for a 1:15 pickup. My procedure ended early at 12:45 so I called to move up my order and it was ready when I arrived at 1 - thank you - delicious and so much better than wings and a lot less money!
