Ordered a medium sub with veggies and grilled chicken. When we got home, the bread was almost all soggy and pretty much inedible. Not sure what may have caused it because a chicken caesar sub was also ordered and not soggy at all.

2/28/24: Great fun setting. ? My hot chicken phili sandwich ? was not great, & the insides fell out. Also, it tasted weird. I'll go back to eat regular turkey subs. The staff were polite.

So, I like this place. I come here pretty often. I have no serious complaints about the food or service.Today (Monday 2/26) however, I saw something that disturbed me enough I felt compelled to review.I was in at almost exactly noon. While standing at the counter, I overheard a woman who I presume to be the manager shout “*employee* get over here!” When the employee came over, the woman said “you need to slow your a** down!”The rest was indecipherable, but the first 2 statements were so very disrespectful, and loud enough to be heard in the entire establishment. Her general demeanor was that of a parent scolding a 5 year old child.I could tell by the reaction of the other employees that this is perhaps a regular occurrence.I’ve worked in food service for years, I understand that it gets busy, things are stressful, but I still found it unnecessary to berate this young man in front of his coworkers and customers. It demonstrated a lack of professionalism that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Always a great place to eat and staple of Rochester. Food is amazing. Staff is always pretty nice and helpful.Parking: We never have an issue finding parking. It's in a plaza so if other businesses are busy then you just might have to walk a little bit.
Sub shop. My wife and I used to go when it was a small deli, salamis etc hanging from ceiling, lol. Got our Bocce Ball set there. Great subs, good selection of bread and toppings. Fresh as can be. Will never go wrong getting a sub

Lots of room here,even if crowded. The line moves swiftly, Any conceivable choice of cold cuts , and others on menu. Different homemade breads, dressings . Great cheese choices too!! Worth the trip from anywhere in Henrietta and beyond ?
