I stopped by GREECE,NY Ridgeway to get a sub. When I went up to the counter there was an employee taking an order for a couple and TWO employees just standing there talking, one asked me what my name was and I said I wanted to order and she told me to go back to where the people were ordering. There were NO customers there, yet they'd rather stand around and yap while I had to wait to even order? Then one of them went over to where the guy was writing down the order and started to cut up bread. WTF! Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. I vote with my $$$ and I will not be back.

As a former employee of this location, I'm pretty disappointed in everything that's happened. Not a single person seemed to know what they were doing. There was absolutely no structure or work ethic. I have about 2/3 of the meat on my cheese steak and it was cold. Your managers were not managing. The shift manager didn't even know who paid and who didn't. She literally was gunna let several people walk out without paying. Everyone I talked to that was waiting had been waiting over 30 minutes. I waited almost 40 minutes myself. This is nothing like when I worked their. Everyone knew their role and nobody moved like they were 90 years old. These kids have no life to them. I am so disappointed in this location. What has happened?
Pros: Good food, Always Clean Always and always friendly.Cons: Pricey $14 today. 7inch Sub, Cookie and Soda. Portions are also very small.I recommend, but don't expect you will need a to go box.

Food is usually good here. 2 steak subs ordered. First one, peppers, onions, mozzarella and mayo. Second, same thing but add mushrooms and no mayo. Seems pretty easy, right? Get them home. The one without the mayo was covered in mayo AND for whatever reason, had lettuce and tomatoes!!!! Ewwww! They were never even mentioned! If you can't read an order, you shouldn't be cooking!!!
