Very disappointed with my steak sandwich I had last night 3/27/2024.. at the Ridge Road E store..Not enough meat still looking for the cheese. I asked for red roasted peppers, I could find them and a few pieces of onions if any. I wanted to bring the whole thing back but I didn’t. Cooked my own onions to put on it. Waste of over $10.00.Don’t think I will be going back any time soon. I’ll go to Wegmans instead!!

I don’t know what is going on at this location, but they just can’t get my order right. Most recently I ordered a turkey sub specifically with no tomatoes. The sub is delivered to me and I am met with a salami sub and, of course, tomatoes.This is a specific issue with this location, too, because the Webster location is fantastic and always gets my order completed perfectly.I won’t be ordered at this location any more. I will go out of my way to avoid it.

I ordered a 14 inch Italian assorted sub with everything including mayo cheese etc. I ordered in person. This was mid afternoon. I saved it for ater like around d 8.It was nothing like what I ordered. Salami a few black olives very few onions no mayo no oil no cheese no sweet peppers. I called the store asked for the manager a very rude woman said she was the manager offered me a 5 dollar coupon via email. I told her that was not acceptable .She said a mistake was made was very uncooperative That was no mistake. That was a total screw up.I told her I'd come there.She said I will call the cops on you if you show up.I'm shocked. For many years my family and myself have been patrons and always been a good experience. We will never set foot in that place again today is Saturday. I will be calling corporate Monday. She will not get away with this.

I have noticed the last few times the subs are a lot lighter on the meat. They are not as good as they used to be. Did you think people wouldn't notice?!? Very disappointed, besides the fact we pay more anyway as with everything else. Comon' man!

Completely incompetent! We have ordered multiple times and more times than not they have switched mine and my husbands subs around. Several times they have put my sub on his bread and vice versa. Tonight they switched the toppings on our subs. I ordered online so it's all written down for them! How hard can it be to read from a list? For this to happen over and over is absolutely ridiculous. I love their subs, but may just have to order from somewhere else. Please pay attention and do better!
