I love Dibellas; been a nostalgic place for me since I went to college. Gotta say I’m disappointed with the changes made in a post Covid era.
Brought an Uncle Louie 14 inch sub. The ingredients at the ends were tapered, meaning half the sub had half as much ingredients as the middle half. Paid $19 after tip and taxes.
There was a time when I could go and get a nice fat sub for half the price. The fact they were advertising their new 5 inch roll got me super annoyed that they’re going in a direction with smaller portions.
The staff were amazing as ever.
For $19, I’ll just make an egg salad sandwich at home and be happy.

I had a friend go pick up steak sub for me and she got one for herself. Now her sub was made beautifully but mine had barely what she had on hers. I had half the meat she had on hers, half the cheese and for almost 15 dollars that was a sin.

This was my favorite place until today. The manager , BRIAN, took my order and rang me out. I watched someone else make the subs and hand them to him. when I got the wrong one he tried to lie to me and say he made it, and will not give me a refund. Will never be back again.
