Disgusting. Placed on online order for multiple sandwiches.. after picking them up and bringing them home I found not one but TWO hairs on my steak sub. I called to complain and they did offer to remake it. So I got back into my car traveled back there I get home again open up my newly remade sandwich to find ANOTHER HAIR. When I called to let them know the manager told me that he did not believe me and that there was nothing he could do. At this point I’m frustrated and wish I could’ve got my money back. I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED. Since the manager didn’t believe me here are the TWO different subs at different times. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.

I got these coupons in the mail and I came in to check it out, TY took care of me he was really nice very professional and all the people in the back were all business all of them were actually workin!
I got one 5 inch Philly cheesesteak and one 5” Philly chicken. Absolutely amazing —-literally delicious. I did get one of the macaroni salad and that wasn’t so good but it’s OK. Those subs made up for it. I was only gonna eat one of them and save the other one for later, but I ate them both because it was so freaking good. I highly recommend this place. Those two coupons got me in here. Great idea! Also, it wouldn’t hurt if you put a little bit more meat on the subs but it’s OK I’m not complaining. I really had a good experience !

Ordered the small Philly cheese steak sub, it felt and tasted like I just ate a piece of bread. There was no meat in my sub. Left and got a sub from wegmans which was great. Extremely disappointed with this place. It used to be great. Won't be back.

This is crazy, I don't often complain. I usually come here like twice a week but I'll just be going to webster from now on. I ordered curbside because I didn't want to leave my dogs in the car, but I waited 10 minutes and I just went in anyways bc I didn't want my food to be cold. Well it didn't matter because it was completely inedible. One side only had shredded lettuce and olives and the other side had some chicken that was cooked to the point where it was crispy and black. I just do not understand how someone could serve this to someone. It's wild.

Over priced if you order online, even with their website. Go in and order. Dining room is empty. Subs are mid and be VERY specific of what you want. Still better than. Other chain sub shops.
Only tried because I had a bygo coupon and it didn’t work - that was super frustrating. Order was wrong and the sides were super small. I wouldn’t go back.
