Visiting from out of the area. Subs are amazing I can see why they’re voted the best in Rochester 22 years and counting.. friendly team and helpful with being a first time visitor.
I had one of the best subs ever today. The new Italian sausage with onions and peppers. Not only was the sub the best but the bread and ingredients were spot on. Shout out to the very nice dark haired taller lady who served me. She was very sweet and prompt. Makes me feel comfortable they are hiring good people. Thank you
Ordered two subs to-go in an otherwise empty store. Multiple orders were taken after us and were filled within minutes. My partner and I waited nearly 30 minutes for two sandwiches while watching the staff meander around. After the ridiculous wait, we got home to find our orders were made wrong. We paid $37 for poor service and mid sandwiches, and won’t be making that mistake again.
My experience wasn't good at all I'll just won't be going back to that particular Dibella's.
Nice people

A huge shout out to DiBella's for helping me at the last minute for our dept picnic. Unfortunately our scheduled food truck broke down so I called DiBella's and Nick the owner quickly said no problem, we can do it. The subs were amazing and everyone enjoyed them. Again thanks to them we had delicious food at our picnic. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for our next event.

Dibellas USED to be the best place to get a sub in town.
Not anymore..
This location has gone out of it's way to make sure I don't go back anytime soon. For years and years you go to the counter.. tell them your bread.. Then you're cheese.. Meat.. Veggies..etc.. they cut it and hand it to you and you go pay.. The system was great. Unless you had a hot sub.. No waiting around.
Now- you have to order at the cashier. Cashier is at the far end so if I was the only person in the building it takes longer for them to get and start working on my order.. But if it's busy.. Like it was today.. You now need to wait for the cashier to take orders one by one for everyone ahead of you.. But they also need to cash out the customers before I can even place my order.. So today I waited 12 minutes before they even took my order (cashier was slow and couldn't manage taking orders and charging for orders in a timely fashion at all). THEN I had to wait there like cattle with everyone who ordered in front of me.. Then they are bringing subs so everyone waiting.. There is confusion.. There's no way to know until you unwrap your sub if they even gave you what want.
The guy behind me walked out and told the managers "This new process sucks. I'm leaving." I hope the managers listen to that guy because I should have left too Andi won't be returning anytime soon.
Not to mention how absurdly expensive these subs have gotten over the last 5 years.. But I'm not trying to waste my time in lines at Dibellas.
The old system was fine.. Get your act together, management.

Always felt they were a little underrated, but personally think they are better than some of the other quick chain sub shops around.

Enjoyed a DiBella's sub tray at a family birthday party. It was very well received.

Just ordered a chicken Philly. Only ate half because I thought something was off about it. Now I have food poisoning. I’m absolutely furious

Would give zero stars if available. Waited 10 minutes at counter for a sub, mind you I only get 30 minute break. workers looked at me and manager walked past me twice. Never acknowledged me at all. Finally walked out without for cause I needed to go back to work. Zero other people in store at time. Thanks for nothing

My sub was delicious but the service was awesome. While waiting for my order the employee who took my order asked if I would like a drink of water because it was so hot outside. She even asked if I wanted ice. I always have good experiences at various DiBellas but this one was the.best!

It’s an alright chain sub shop. It is pricey for what you get. But there are better places to go in Rochester.
