I ordered a sub through door dash today & have ordered a few times before. I spoke to a guy on the phone and asked him if they could SIMPLY check my sub over to make sure it was made correctly, he said yes no problem i'll make sure it's made to order. I said ok thank you; because i've had problems in the past ordering through here; i said I'll give it one more shot. I get my sub and open it, no cheese, no tomato, no banana pepper or capicola. How TF this is even possible, i don't know. Never ordering from here again & im telling everyone i know how shit and lazy this place has become. Extremely embarrassing.

We ordered two subs, the godfather and a build your own (turkey, lettuce, mayo, banana peppers, provolone). A little blown away by the complete opposite of quality between the two. The godfather was huge! Full of meat and beautiful. It was delicious. The build your own was absolutely terrible. The bread was half the size and looked like a squishy soggy sandwich from Subway. It was missing half the menu items as well. I would absolutely give a chance again because it's been a staple in the area for ages, but that day definitely missed the mark.

On my quest to find the best subs in Buffalo, I ventured over to DiBella's for dinner the other night. We got a couple of different subs. One was a classic Italian assorted and the other was a cheesesteak. Had to try a hot and a cold to be fair. Both subs were great. They each had really good flavors, both were well made and didn't fall apart as you ate them. The cookies were also really good. They had that homemade taste you love when you get a sub shop cookie. Again, these were great but not the mind blowing sub I had heard from some die hard fans of DiBella's. I will definitely keep them on my list when I need a change up in my usual sub order.

Went to Di Bella's subs for the 1st time a great experience from being to end 1st you can see it is a great looking store clean a very nicely decorated place. Then we ordered the employee was very helpful because we never been there they had a nice menu of different subs me and my daughter went for a 17 inch turkey and ham sub her roll was plain mine had sesame seeds the usual of lettuce, tomatoes, onions I added pickles and black olives with mayo my daughter the same but added cucumber and oil instead of mayo. While they make our subs you move over to pay then wait. That's when I checked out the place very cute was impressed. Everything went smoothly all workers were nice polite and helpful then took it home home to a BIG sub that was so thick I couldn't open my mouth enough to bite the whole thing. Plenty of meat and I mean PLENTY of meat ,fresh veggies and a nice roll good tasting different than a regular pizzeria roll . The sub was so big you could feed 4 people with the 17 inch one good thing is im going to be eating it again tomorrow I liked my experience and the big meaty sub so much I can't wait to come back and try a roast beef or corned beef sub they had plenty to choose from

Service is inconsistent. You order your sandwich and it's a simple format on the ticket but apparently the guys working there are too stupid or distracted by chatting up the girls they work with. Plus, they're laughing right over my food spitting on it , totally gross . Sandwiches were made wrong and when your paying $35 fir two sandwiches correct ingredients less the spit is always a nice thing. I wouldn't refer this location based on the unprofessional unfocused employees. Will shop at Wegmans for subs usually perfect there.

The same portion as a small on a largr roll that's going stale. Ive never had a dry sub with mayo and oil but they got it done today, and it didn't have all the toppings asked for.. they used to be the spot for subs.

So sad, the Quality has declined Greatly, 2nd time in a row that I was Extremely disappointed with my sub, I ordered the grilled godfather both times, burnt the 1st time Wrong roll and lacking . The hot pepper I asked for the Everything roll and got sesame seed instead My Co worker's and I Won't be back

Visited the DiBella's on Union Road in Cheektowaga, New York today. I ordered a medium Ham & Swiss sub on the new Rye Sub Roll. The roll was very hard and dark colored (similar to pumpernickel?), and it looked like it was overcooked or burned. My normal sub roll is the sesame seed style. The flavor was okay, but definitely not worthy to be included in a class with the famous Dibella's rolls. Thank you for ruining my $15.00 sub.

Best place to get a steak sub. If they have bread. Everytime I go at night at the Niagara falls boulevard location they are always out of bread I waited 45 minutes for them to cool bread

Customer service is abysmal made to feel like a piece of s*** for ordering food and when they we were given the wrong order we were neither given a refund for the order or offered to make the right product abysmal service and I will never order here again

LOVE the philly subs!!! And the bread is delicious! I've only tried the sub with using UberEats, but I'll be making a point to try other things there! No 5 stars YET - I'll have to visit the location eventually.
