It’s a chain restaurant and easily the worst barbecue I’ve had in Rochester. I had brisket, chicken, and beans. Brisket was dry, beans tasted canned, and the portion you get for the price is laughable. There are several other places in town with good barbecue if you search for them. I’ll not be coming back.

Food that we got not to bad but food we wanted they were out of the chicken and brisket so had to get ribs and pulled pork we had ordered ribs already in our order so there were 2 replacement dishes missing our order came to almost $180 but like I said the food that we did have apart from beans and small portion of the ribs(for the money) wasn't to bad but food cold except for potatoes

I ordered through door dash, they forgot my roll and $12 gallon of soda, they gave me 2 sides of beans instead of a side of beans and a side of Mac and cheese, and the ribs and pork were super dry and had no bbq sauce on them. Why make it so expensive if ur not even gonna get the orders right?

The food was bad! The ribs were few for a 1/2 rack at $19 and burnt with no sauce on them. Oh and I love beans but not these, the beans were hard from not cooking long enough! Also there wasn’t any bbq sauce on any of the ribs, I’d I mention that one! My children and I were not happy with this Grubhub order from the Chili location. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

If you go here then make sure you have a lot of time to spare. The lady that works here is incredibly slow. I waited probably 30-40 minutes just to get my order taken and she messed it up. I had to remind her how to make it.I had the burnt ends sandwich with spicy bbq sauce. It was delicious

Part of it is my fault, I didn't realize this was a franchise. For the price not worth it. But the quality and flavor of the food is not even there at all. Lesson learned. If you're looking for good bbq go somewhere else

First time trying Dickey's BBQ. There was a great deal on Uber Eats, which is how I learned about this restaurant. So I took advantage of the 2 for $25 promo which includes two entrees + sides. For both meals, I got the polish sausage and sliced brisket. The polish sausage was savory and the brisket was tender, juicy, and fell apart as I was eating it. One had the sweet bbq sauce and the other was a spicy sauce. The sweetness balanced the savory but will admit, preferred the spicy sauce as it had more flavor. The mac and cheese was alright; creamy but needed salt and pepper. Overall, ate all the food (one for dinner, the other for lunch) and would return when I have the urge for some barbeque.
The staff was super nice and knowledgeable of all the items on the menu. The food was so much better than what I thought it was gonna be! Highly recommend you grab a bite while going out grocery shopping‼ ??
