I decided to check out this bar during a few bar runs. First week in the city. I wasn't sure as the bar seemed a bit outside of my style but decided to give it a try. Our group came in on a Wednesday for Wing Night. Great variety of sauces, wings were all cooked perfectly. Nice selection of local beers on tap. Emily our bartender did such an excellent job. Dicky’s is one of Rochester’s oldest bars, and if you haven’t been there, you should definitely check it out.
Love this quaint pub! Matt was a great host and the food was delicious. He was so open to suggestions for some of the vegan food we ordered - poutine, buffalo tofu bites and vegan nachos with jackfruit. We suggested adding more of a hot sauce or vegan queso to the nachos and he welcomed the suggestion so openly. Their poutine veggie gravy is so so delicious! You’ve gotta try it.
