My order was made wrong and I went n to get my order right and when they made it again they didn’t call my name like was supposed to and I didn’t hear it and when I came to get my second after it was made the second time they put it in the counter and when I came in to see why it was a long wait they told me that they called me and I was outside and didn’t hear my name calling and then I ask for a refund the employees got made at and told me that they had to call the boss to get my money back and I waited 4 hrs I called the cops and did to and they never came what a bad experience I received that night and to mention I went that place 3 times that week and Friday was the last straw never ever I’ll go back in there

Best plate in Rochester, hands down! Quaint little joint with tons of character - both in their interior decor (walls littered with customers' dog photos) and the expansive, dog-themed menu. Exceptionally great staff, too! Very amiable and responsive. Even when it's packed during the lunch rush, the wait times aren't too long and the food still comes out fresh.
