Domino's Pizza in Rochester

“I order often from this particular domino's and they are always doing such a great job at everything and do it very fast. Tonight I had a small issue and like always they helped me get it figured out. Ryan was able to help me and took care of everything with a great attitude.

Kid-friendliness: My nephew doesn't eat cheese but wants pepperoni and my little brother doesn't eat meat so they always get that right.“

“This is the only place that I’ve been able to order from that has consistently great food every single time! Not only that, but I don’t have to deal with GrubHub’s terrible service and the delivery drivers have been very nice and always on time. I cannot recommend this location enough!“

“*update. Raised to 4- Been hittin lately! Only one time they forgot my friends wings and he was sad. Lol. But the pizza pasta and sammiches have been on point the last 3x
2.5 maybe 3 stars until I know they can deliver some standard in quality. Not consistent. The last time ordering from here in a long time the sandwich just was very thin barely any chicken compared to what I remember but it was tasty and the thin crust pizza was good. But this time the food order is not appealing or edible to most standards as the pasta is for one simply not what I ordered and is just a thin layer cheesy penne burnt to the bottom of the pan and also smells like chemicals... kinda plasticy. The sandwich is cut uneven and only on one side cut as well has the same chemical smell. Offered 20 percent off next order on the app. Doesn't help my dinner is ruined. I was really looking forward to chicken bacon feta pasta and a chicken habanero sandwich... not just the sodas. On hold calling store to get a remedy for 45 mins was long enough. How was this under any quality check? What is going on there? How is toasting bread and making penne pasta not the easiest thing to not mess up? Twice bitten thrice shy so most likely will not be ordering sandwiches or pasta from here again until I know they have better quality control. I will chance a thin crust again maybe but yeah can't eat this bread or pasta at all.. big waste of money tonight.“

“4 years of ordering from here I've actually never had a problem. Mostly delivery, occasionally pick-up. Drivers have always been nice or neutral. Only once did this young guy whip out my pizza from the bag and turned it vertically for a bit but the pizza survived.“

“We live close by so we go to this dominos all the time.

Less frequented in recent times because of the decline of service and quality. Used to be when we went here there was loud music blaring which was fine but coupled with the overall apathy and the snails pace that the employees moved it all was just bad news and the store really didn’t have anything going for it. Took 47 minutes one time for pick up 2 pizzas..

Fast forward to yesterday and it is like night and day in there. I knew already that the franchise had changed hands but it’s immediately obvious when you walk in there. The cleanliness, the friendliness, the speed and just the overall desire to serve you. An appalling and incredibly obvious difference from what it was before. Pizza was great too, I do have a gripe with the pizza but honestly everything was so good that I’ll keep it to my self.

Will absolutely return.“
