I did curb site service. I ordered 3 items waiting for the app to say my food was ready. I turned on my flashers and I was only brought out one item when I said that's not my order I had 3 The gentleman went back in for another 15 minutes and came back out with the same one box. I said, I had 3 items, he went back in for another extra 5 minutes.And then finally came out with my order. The person was not rude, but their organization was definitely lacking.

Since new ownership of Irondequoit location it has consistently lowered in quality of how they treat customers and how they handle their orders (lying quite a bit in both ways). Supervisor ignores customers and treats coworkers poorly. I ended up walking out with out my order.

Most the time they don't really say anything at all to you other than what's the name Even though I say thank you have a good day that using really never say anything back . They're not rude but just really indifferent.

I had one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had with this Domino’s. The staff could barely understand or speak English, which made resolving anything extremely frustrating. I placed my order at 8:45 PM. By 9:30 PM, the tracker said it was delivered, except nothing ever arrived.
I called the store, explained the situation, and was told the driver “left it on my porch.” There was nothing on my porch — he clearly delivered it to the wrong house. They agreed to remake the order, but then around 10:35 PM someone from the store called asking if I had received my food. Once again, I hadn’t. Nobody came to my house at any point — I was watching my cameras the entire time.
Instead of apologizing, they basically called me a liar. Completely unprofessional, completely incompetent, and absolutely not worth ordering from. Avoid this location unless you want your time wasted and your food delivered to random houses.

Its never the food, just the customer service. Often the website is glitching causing me to call in my order. The language barrier makes it so difficult to customize my order. They've messed up my order numerous times. Going in person makes it a little better but then I give up on customization because I'm too annoyed by the time I get there.

I saw the commercial for the parmesan stuffed crust pizza and wanted to try it. I ordered that and an order of the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. The food was very mediocre and the price was about 32$. For that price, I'd expect it to be somewhat better. I realize it's a chain restaurant and it's expected that the food won't be as good as a really good place but I was still disappointed... especially with the amount of money they're charging. Anyway, you live and you learn. I won't be going there again. That's for sure.
