Staff needs to improve. no way it takes close to an hour to START an order! this is the last time I'll go to this location. This is the 3rd time we've had major issues with ordering. Service is terrible.
I online ordered so a piece of paper to actually read from LITERALLY READ FROM and as u can see BOTH pizzas r wrong contacted corporate and STILL waiting for the store to contact me. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND seems how I’m HIGHLY ALLERGIC to mushrooms so the 1 I actually pay for gotta throw away. HEADQUARTERS SHOULD REALLY THINK ABOUT CLOSING THIS PARTICULAR STORE DOWN, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND

Ordered a thin crust cheese only pizza with extra cheese, they don't show it to me. I walk out of the store opened the box..

I go back inside and am told...oh that's because its thin crust and the ovens have been running all day. Do you want me to make you another one? But it will probably turn out the same way.
No thank you. I will just take a refund. Ordee was 15.43 cents, they only refunded me 15.00;guess they kept my change for inconveniencing...read full review
