This location used to be the wooorsstt… but they have new owners and new employees and all the staff is really nice and it’s always clean in there. We stopped ordering from here like a year ago? But just started to order in the past couple months because it’s finally consistent

Routinely gets my orders wrong and delivery takes past the max 29 minutes. I've also my delivery dropped off at other places and missing items. Pizza occasionally comes cold as well. Recieving a free pizza when my order wrong is never adequate the entire order (I wish there was an actual refund option). I used to order from here because at least it was fast but this last order has turned me off completely. They delivered to the wrong place which happens but then I called back to see where my order was and they were going to remake it. By this time it's already almost an hour after I initially placed the order. They said it'd be 15 mins more and they'd get it redelivered. 45 minutes later and I'm still waiting so I call back and I go through two people before someone asks 'carryout'? And of course, no it was supposed to be delivery because they are replacing a delivery order. So now 2 hours after I originally ordered, an hour after the replacement order, it's being dropped off. I'm wondering if it will even be hot when it arrives. It's lukewarm 🫠 and no one called when it was dropped off.
Delicious pizza and delicious wings. The food came out quick and it taste fresh. My wings were perfect, just the right amount of crunch and the right amount of spice. The atmosphere is very inviting, and it gives you a sense of upscale normality. I left sweaty and extremely satisfied. My new favorite pizza place.

This place is the very best!!!! They will take care of you, especially if you're honest and truthful!! We've gotten from here for many, many years and they ALWAYS take great care of us!! Good quality ingredients and great job on the baking of food, etc. In the rare case of an issue, they are more than happy to take care of a legitimate problem!! They are our go-to place and we sent lots of other people there, too. Way to go, Domino's Lyell Ave Rochester!!
