I had the worst experience tonight. I orders at 9:05 pm . Got confirmation that it was being prepared. Called after an hour with no other tracking info or communication, no awnser at store, called multiple times to check to see if they were even making it. Drove there & still didn't start our order after now 1 hour & 1/2 & wouldn't make our food! I will never support this place again. If they weren't going to make it & let us know I could have ordered from somewhere else while places were still open & now I can't order anywhere else because everything is closed.Never again! This was absolutely ridiculous. I understand being understaffed etc but then call people & tell them you can't fulfill their orders. No stars!

Pizzas came out right on time, desserae gave me her attention as soon as I walked in even as she was completing an order. Ashley brought my order and asked if I needed plates or anything else. Super appreciative of this store in my neighborhood, crews always great and the pizza has been exactly as I ordered. Keep up the good work.

I always order from here but the last 2 times I had to wait a long time for delivery.I don't think I will order from that location again. I Put my order in at 7:36 pm and I didn't get my food til 10:13 pm. My pizza was not hot and when I asked why it took so long and was it because they were short staffed the driver just told me they didn't see my order because it was not on the screen. Don't bother calling either because no one ever answers ?

I am histamine intolerant and now there are lots of things I can't eat like tomatoes and certain cheeses. But I loved my pizza.Vegetarian options: Well I'm not vegan or vegetarian. I have a serious food allergy. I'm low histamine.. you can also add broccoli to add to this type is pizza cauliflower would be nice too. Since I'm not eating meat on it. Thank you

I have ordered here twice recently and both times my order was cancelled without my knowledge. Both times I waited for over an hour and ended up ordering elsewhere assuming that my order was cancelled without notifying me. I’ve called the store multiple times on both occasions and no one ever answers. It’s a shame this is the only Dominos store that delivers to my address- they offer a Gluten Free option which is why we order from them but never again from this location. Good luck reaching out to customer service- this is a franchised location so corporate is unwilling to assist.
That spinach and feta cheese bread was good and fresh with that garlic sauce. I'm glad I got that. I was full too. I'll be back to try something else.

Worst pizza place in Rochester NY I place online order at 4:42 pm for delivery I live like 3 blocks from store and I didn't get my pizzas till 6:17 pm. Tried calling store no answer for 30 minutes straight called like 4 orb5 times and no one answer fir 30 minutes. When I got my PIZZAS they were Horrible. Do not get anything from Domino's on East main st in Rochester NY.
