I have always enjoyed going to this restaurant. They have very friendly staffs and the are always helpful. Probably the best donuts and fish fry in the city of Rochester.

I've always loved donuts delight so I was happy when Salvatore's brought them back. Besides the wit you get when you first call, the staff are very friendly and their variety is really good. I love seeing their specialties donuts. Just a notice to call ahead on a Sunday morning after 11 because everyone just got out of church and it can be quite busy. I would definitely say order ahead of you can

Service was just bad. The waitress brought us dirty water glasses, forgot to bring us napkins several times, forgot about our slice of pizza. Maybe she was just having a bad day?Food was good, the chocolate creme donut had no chocolate flavor at all though.The breakfast pizza was good, especially with redhot.The canoli donut was pretty dang good too.

I like to do comparisons so I went to two donut shops on the way home. This was the last one on my route. Boy was it busy. Very slow moving combo pizza and donuts. I ordered two apple fritters and two fried cakes. $10. and change ... oh boy. The fritters were huge . There is not much to say about the ambiance but my server was very sweet.

Very good yeasted donuts, not too sweet. Surprisingly good fry cakes as well (I usually find them dusty & disappointing), but IMO the chocolate lacks flavor (per usual). I do find the glazes/fillings a bit sweeter than I'd like (but this is also expected). I didn't get to try the apple fritter yet but that's next on my list!

I got a sheet of chicken Charlie pizza and donuts very disappointed in the food definitely not fresh the pizza ? was not well done it was raw on the bottom and the owner has no standards on quality and the fantauzzo family doesn’t
I used to love this place but then today we asked for a box of donuts and watched this kid literally put his finger up his nose and then wipe his nose with his hand with a glove on then touch all of the donuts. He did this more than once. I was too shy to say anything. Then paid $20 for a box of snot donuts that we are going to have to throw out.

My wife and I got donuts here today and the guy used his gloved hand to wipe and itch his nose multiple times. I had stepped away to go to the bathroom so only my wife saw this. She has ptsd so she was too afraid to speak up and only told me when we got tothe car that we need to throw them out. What a waste of $20. We drove 45 minutes away to get these but gross. Forget this. In the day of covid this place needs to have a health inspector appointment maybe.

Ordered a large steak sub for me and my son to share. On the sub we wanted grilled onions, lettuce, lite mayo and American cheese. I was very disappointed with the sub after we received it. My son ate his half and when I went to eat mine I opened and saw basically nothing in the sub. I didn’t eat my half. Went I to the store the next morning and was told that that’s what the large steak sub looks like now because they cut there portions
