It’s 8am and they hardly have anything done! The cashier was rude! Didn’t even let me know if they were making more of a donut THEY DIDNT HAVE OUT!! I don’t recommend!!

we love the food the donuts are the best around we came in last week and a gentleman help us very kind and nice we had such a great experience we came back today was a little upseting the girl that help us was not kind at all the way she talked to us was rude and very demeaning we will back but my point is to try to be kind to all customers you never know what anyone is going through a little bit of kindness can go a long way

Donut's Delite is AMAZING! I am from Pittsburgh, PA. and whenever I found out that I was coming to NY, all I had on my brain was when I was going to get to Donut's Delite. The people working on the morning of Tuesday, August 20th were such a delight, they had said that they were slammed all morning, in PA a lot of people are miserable whenever you're waited on after they have been that busy, but the staff at Donut's Delite were not at all like that. Their food is amazing and obviously the staff are the same.

Donuts Delite is great! Their donut number cakes are a perfect breakfast surprise. I ordered a number cake for my son’s birthday and they were personable, timely, and the product was better and bigger than anticipated. Would recommend.

Don’t bother placing an order online. I placed my order and went in for pick up after exactly 25 minutes and the order had not been made. It was not busy - it was DEAD inside. They didn’t even know they got a ticket for online order. Was told it would be another 15 minutes - no apology, no effort to make it right. Just excuses about why they didn’t see the ticket. As the customer I don’t care why they failed to fulfill my order. I just want my order with no hassle. Instead all I received is hassle and attitude from staff.

Are you a bus driver? If you drive past this place between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. the open sign is let up but they're not open.
