It was a bit of a meh for me. Pountine was soggy. Lettuce in the salad was okay I guess. Everything took forever. All around just whatever ?.

Food was overly salty , the server filled our water maybe once. It’s a beautiful area but the food and service very poor . First and last time

Not a bad place to eat. We ate there a few times while staying for a business trip.

Drifters is a hotel restaurant located in the Hilton Garden Inn.Food was over seasoned and over cooked, it didn't taste good and we didn't finish our meals. The server noticed and was willing to replace the meals, we didn't have confidence that anything else on the menu would be good so we passed on the offer. They took one of the plates off of the bill, top notch customer service to make up for the kitchen.

The food was beyond my expectations as someone from Rochester recommended me the place as a "casual one" for locals. I noticed that in part it was true, mostly for the long wait to be seated and the number of clients trying to make a reservation. After half an hour we were eventually enjoying the food. All of the choices were flavorfull. Everybody was delighted with the very well presented dishes. The affordable prices and the attentive, kind servers made the wait worth it.

They charged me an automatic $20 and never told me and I ended up tipping an additional $40. So I spent $60 on a tip. Should not be legal to do this. Also I separated by food and drinks so in total i tipped $80 for drinks and burnt food.

This place is great. There is only one person taking care of the bar and restaurant but he did a great job of managing both. I eat here everytime I stay in Rochester and the food and beer are always wonderful. I really enjoyed the Mahi tacos and the Jambalaya plate. I would definitely recommend.

Chicken wings are horrible. I asked for hot they came out mild. I asked for hot sauce. I was told this isn’t Buffalo so we don’t have hot sauce. Really what bar doesn’t carry hot

Was in from out of town, along with another actor friend of mine (who is from NYC) and I was desperately looking for some place that was not only open on a Monday but that also had good food! Drifters was perfect! Even better, they have poutine (which is a slice of home for me, being Canadian)!

We both enjoyed two different types of salad and the ambiance was fantastic.

We had trouble finding the side entrance but called the restaurant and someone let us in through the front door.

A smashing success! A wonderful evening. We were sat and had the place to ourselves and I was worried because of that, but people started filling in, soon thereafter!

This is a place to go to!
