Very bad and unprofessional service, Dom And Paula need to Have a better process for hiring professional employees and managers, The Hispanic Manager Their is Very Rude and Does Not Properly Greet Her Customers and They are Always Short Staffed which makes The Employees treat Their Customers With No Respect. I will be Reaching Out To Corporate about The Manager and How Rude she Treats her customers and I actually work at the hospital and have heard other coworkers talk about how rude the manager is treating her customers

Don't believe the negative reviews!!! I went around 9:00am the staff was amazing so happy and energetic and well paced, The food was exactly what I ordered and the way the lattes were put together looks so delicious!! Which ever shift this is definitely deserve their flowers and none of these negative reviews. I waited less then 10 minutes for my order!!

Dunkin's workers inside RGH has terrible manner and horrible customer service. If you want decent foods/drinks and professional or at least a good customer service that won't ruin your mood, please stay away from Dunkin in 1425 Portland Ave. It's not worth it. ZERO star.

About 6:00pm, was craving some latte, I got served up the best Vanilla Chai latte I ever had. The clerk spent a good amount of time making it, had a feeling it would turn out good, and it did, thank you! Even the cinnamon roll I bought with the chai at that time tasted good.

Workers always look annoyed you're there. There is never any food, literally, they don't have food. If you're hungry, don't go here. They got rid of the old café for this, it's awful and doesn't help anyone. Bring the old café back with better food, and better staff employed by the hospital.

"Don't bother" is all I can say. Either they don't have food items, can't make certain drinks because they're missing ingredients, or they're so busy talking or arguing that you'll end up having to give up because it just takes too long.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Service is AWFUL and it is always very dirty. I stood in line to place my order, once it was my turn the employee started talking to a person in the seating area and had a full on conversation ignoring that I was even there. There were 4 people working that I was able to see and none of them acknowledged me. The employee talking to the person in the lobby took an order from them when they already had placed thier order and had drinks in thier hand. -10/10 would absolutely not recommend! There is a Dunkin right down the street from the hospital that I stop at every day instead of coming to this one. Do better!

I’m so sick of the staff and service here waited an 35 minutes for my drink just for it to be made incorrectly multiple times and my drink to be a quarter fullStaff is unorganized doesn’t know how to make drinks, don’t know how to take orders no urgency they stand around instead of taking orders watched them delete my order from the screen then say they had no order for me when I ordered ahead
