First time I came here I had a bad experience and at the time, they JUST opened and I wasn’t giving them grace. I found out a girl I have known for a while runs this store and she felt terrible for my experience. Honestly I was being over dramatic. I loved this location! I went through the drive-through, and I was with my brother at the time. We ordered a couple of things and our food and coffee were already there waiting for us! It's the fastest service I've ever experienced at a dunkin drive-through. The food was great, and so was the coffee. It was also the first time a hot coffee from dunkin was actually hot. Thank you so much for the great service!

I did not know this was a mobile pickup/drive thru only and they served me anyway. I ordered the chocolate frosted/vanilla cream and it's the best I've had in Rochester so far. I will definitely be coming back!!!
