Good job fitting so much in a relatively small corner lot including parking, indoor eating, & drive-thru.
Parking: Plenty of parking on Elmgrove side and on back side. If planning on using drive-thru, may need to use Spencerport Road (south) entrance, as the Elmgrove entrance is south-bound only and drive-thru backs up past that quickly.

Employees are not trained properly. I asked for 3 different sandwiches and they said the manager isn't do his job and get them prepared. They did not have anything. I asked for lactose free milk and they looked at each other like I had asked for a million dollars. They didn't know what lactose free means. No donuts.. coffee was barely warm. Threw it out. Never will go there again. These guys are a brand new store too.Disaster.

There’s a promotion on the menu for a $3 sandwich with purchase of medium coffee. The promotion didn’t apply and the manager said the system wouldn’t apply it so oh well.Coffee was room temperature and bad even by Dunkin’ standards.
