I have only ever gone here in the morning so I cannot speak for other reviews which state that they close early. However, this is one of the best Dunkin' locations in the Rochester area in my opinion. My mobile orders are ALWAYS prepared and ready to go. The donuts are soft, food is always hot and fresh, and the coffee is ALWAYS good (which isn’t common for Dunkin’ in general). This location exceeds my expectations time and time again. Great work!

Store had 15 minutes left door unlocked and told me they were closed! Not great customer service. If you close at 2 you take customers until then! Poor customer service not my first time dealing with unprofessional service from this very same spot.
