I have only ever gone here in the morning so I cannot speak for other reviews which state that they close early. However, this is one of the best Dunkin' locations in the Rochester area in my opinion. My mobile orders are ALWAYS prepared and ready to go. The donuts are soft, food is always hot and fresh, and the coffee is ALWAYS good (which isn’t common for Dunkin’ in general). This location exceeds my expectations time and time again. Great work!

I love going to the Dunkin on State Street. The staff is amazing and the customer service is top notch!
I am really having a tough time understanding how there is no communication between the store and the app and how customers will be given their food incomplete and no one thinks to say anything. Instead, customers will pick up their food, get to their destination and realize they got robbed by Dunkin donuts. Then have to drive back to get a refund or their order fixed. And how on God's earth can Dunkin donuts have no eggs at 9 in the morning! That is absolutely unacceptable. I also saw the employees laughing that people were having to return their food cause they don't have eggs. We aren't mond readers and that is completely disrespectful to laugh at your customers when it's your responsibility to make sure your customers are taken care of. This is the State Street location btw!

Service was good, food was alright, but atmosphere quickly deteriorated. I sat down to enjoy my breakfast and a few minutes later a man comes in and start cussing and ranting about panhandling ban over in Buffalo. I'm here from out of state for work so I don't know about any of what he is ranting about to anyone who might be listening. He became more and more agitated with more cussing. Staff did not ask him to leave and he didn't appear to buy anything. He was just was there being angry and loud so I left. I probably won't come here again if this is a normal okay thing at this location.
