Service was good, food was alright, but atmosphere quickly deteriorated. I sat down to enjoy my breakfast and a few minutes later a man comes in and start cussing and ranting about panhandling ban over in Buffalo. I'm here from out of state for work so I don't know about any of what he is ranting about to anyone who might be listening. He became more and more agitated with more cussing. Staff did not ask him to leave and he didn't appear to buy anything. He was just was there being angry and loud so I left. I probably won't come here again if this is a normal okay thing at this location.

I never review food chains usually. But this Dunkin is fantastic! The service was phenomenal, the girls working (12/2 at 9:30am) were amazing! And my coffee was actually right!! Highly recommend stopping here for your pick me ups.

Today I stopped in to this Dunkin Donuts, after a having a terrible experience at another one in Rochester Ny. I had the best experience I've had in a while. THIS ONE CARES ABOUT IT CUSTOMERS. Unlike the other one that litterly huffed at me. When I explain nicely what was wrong and asked politely to have it remade. It was the exactly the same issue again. They didn’t take the time to listen. Thank you for make it right even though the mistake didn't happen at your store. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.

Service was spot on, wait time was minimal, the inside is small but looks nice. The snackin bacon was amazing, 2 pieces didn't have any pepper, but the other pieces had the perfect amount. My breakfast sandwich didn't taste as good as other locations, but I'd still be willing to come back.
So a person at this Dunkin refused to remake my doordash order because I had to reorder due to an issue with the driver. They couldn't comprehend that they had to make the same order twice and were very rude to the doordash person about it. Will never order from this location again if this is how they treat delivery drivers and apparently refuse to do their jobs.

The staff at this location is wonderful. They are quick efficient and friendly. my food is always made correctly, no issues whatsoever. The only inconvenience of this location is that there is no drive-thru but I've always had faster service here than any other locations.

Horrible custumer service. I place a mobile order at this store and they never made my order even after acknowledging they got the order. They decided to take care of all the customers that were coming in and totally ignore me. I had to call custumer service to cancel the order and get a refund.

Reliable service in Downtown Rochester is difficult to find, but this Dunkin’ stands apart from the pack (their service is pretty good). Quality of the food / drinks is slightly below average what I expect from most Dunkin’s, hence my 4 star rating. However, it’s important to emphasize that their food is very good compared to other options in Downtown Rochester.To summarize, 4 star quality, but a “5 star” for downtown Rochester. (Does that make sense?)Also, no parking!Also, as of time of this review (September 2022), the street this Dunkin is on is under heavy road construction. Expect delays when traveling to this spot.
