Every time I place a mobile order, they never have the items I've ordered. On one occasion, I used points for most of my order (I’m definitely a Dunkin' fan), and they told me there was nothing they could do about not having my food items. As a result, I just lost my points. They're always out of donuts! I just don't understand it.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant. Multiple of them wished me a good morning, and to have a good day. I get that that sounds customary. However, I was only there to pick up a takeout order. So it seemed as if they WANTED to make the effort. Kind of made my day!

My daughter walked (live a block away) for a couple drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Paid with cash ( no receipt was given by the cashier) Daughter was called a “KAREN” (10-15 times) for grabbing the wrong to go bag while she waited for the order. Obviously my daughter doesn’t want to return again due to the taunting.

It was quite busy when I was at Dunkin', which seems to always be the case, but the crew on duty powered through with a smile and got my food to me in a reasonable amount of time. The food and beverages are always tasty, and the prices leave Starbucks in the dust. The facility is clean but basic.
