I really had to write a review about the excellent customer service at the airport Dunkin’ Donuts. India and Jamel were amazing! They’re so professional, and the most important thing admire is the service with a smile. As a Business owner, I would definitely want them in my establishment.

Out of 10 they get 10. They are so professional. This location is my number one location because they always get my order correct the first time. Not only that, they ask me how my day is going, and make everyone who sounds down feel great again. They also, give me all that I need for my coffee.

Very unprofessional attitude. The only colorgirl working out of all the employees has a very nasty sour bitter complex exactly like the frozen hazelnut coffee she served me. Crumbled my receipt then had the nerve to tell me next time ask for it. Keep her in the back cause she is very disruptive and disrespectful in the front to customers. I tossed the drink. It honestly had a sour bitter after effect. Tasted like outdated coffee that sit around too long and loose it's flavor. Where customer service slack I stop spending my cash and wasting my time.
