I frequent this location, there's usually a really nice person at the window. Whoever they had working the window today was rude. Not everybody should be at the window in a customer facing position.

The workers cannot get an order straight for 3 days straight! All I ordered was a coffee and they apparently cannot even input the information incorrectly into the computer as I dictate it to them.
Most of the time the workers are also very rude and act as if you are bothering them. Am I taking your precious TicTok scrolling time away from you by coming here?
The interior is pretty dirty and the parking lot unplowed in the winter time.
This business does not deserve my money any longer. I will drive out of my way to a different coffee shop rather than put money into the pockets of the rude, distracted workers at this establishment!
It is time to replace all fast food workers in the US with robots and computers.

the staff are usually pretty nice . But something has to give with how the latte pod inserts are cleaned , maybe try rinsing before use . i had to stop getting latte’s at this location specifically .because its always tasting bitter & has grinds. she remade it . by the time i got to work the grinds sanked to the bottom . smh sucks i love a good latte ig ill stick to hot coffee smh

I can order online drive threw or pick up inside I waited over 20 minutes in line for a online order never a time I ts on time and order always wrong so sick and rude when there wrong

I went from 15 minutes early for work, to 20 minutes late because i was trapped in the drive through. I showed up at 8:42 AM, and left with food in hand at 9:10 AM. I was the third car in line and managed to have a full length conversation with the man driving a Tesla in front of me who got out of his car out of boredom.

I give up on all the other Dunkin’ Donuts around Rochester! This is the ONLY store that can get my order accurate and treat me like I am always welcomed! Staff is ALWAYS friendly towards me! They don’t burn my food and always get my drink correct and never tastes bad! Keep up the amazing work guys! You’ll be seeing me a lot more!!
I stop here a couple times a month when in town. Usually very good experience. Did a mobile order this time, was ready when I walked in. However, 5 miles down the road I notice my donuts frosting was 50% on top of box. Just a suggestion, bags are always better.

I don’t know about you but I like my bacon cooked and my cheese melted and maybe even a toasted bagel on a breakfast sandwich. If you prefer cold bagels and eggs, raw bacon, and cold cheese, this is your spot. Let’s not forget the disgusting iced coffee that’s clearly been sitting around since they opened. Congratulations on sucking every time 👏 at least for your sake there’s no other place to eat but a gas station on this road.
