I give up on all the other Dunkin’ Donuts around Rochester! This is the ONLY store that can get my order accurate and treat me like I am always welcomed! Staff is ALWAYS friendly towards me! They don’t burn my food and always get my drink correct and never tastes bad! Keep up the amazing work guys! You’ll be seeing me a lot more!!
Awesome coffee, I really like the girl that works there. She's so friendly and polite. I thing her name is Taylor. I believe she's the manager, not sure. If she's not, she sure should be. Hard to find good help and she's one of a kind. Thanks for you kindness and help.

Guy who took my order in the drive-thru was awesome, he was patient, courteous, and helpful! The young woman who cashed us out at the window didn't say two words to us and I thanked her three times once for every item she handed to me...I got nothing back ...kinda ruined the good that the big guy did...sometimes people's smallest reactions can make a big difference.
