So I ordered their new seasonal Holiday Cookie Iced Signature Latte, as posted on the menu, I get to the window and they try to hand me a different drink, in which I said that that’s not what I ordered, and I re stated my order to them, the lady at the window and the manager Daniela both said “we don’t have a new latte..” while laughing with eachother. I go on their website and show them, and they go “oh that’s just cookie flavoring “ I said right… that’s what I wanted. And so they corrected my drink which wasn’t easy for them apparently. I then got my honey bacon sandwich. They gave me it cold, not heated up, the egg was still frozen, the cheese was cold, the bacon was cold. They’re RUDE. the manager and the check out lady who barely speaks English, are a JOKE!!

Saturday morning drive thru. 3 cars, 20 minutes. It's really slow. When I got to the window, I wasn't offered any greeting or apology, just broken english hastily reciting my order, which was wrong.

The general manager or whoever Daniela is, she is horrible and a liar.. nasty attitude and lazy she will tell dunkin doesn’t have something just so she doesn’t have to deal with it. They need to get a better crew that actually focus on the customer.

This is the worst Dunkin’ in the Monroe county and surrounding area. Every time I go there my food is burnt or just tastes nasty like they don’t clean their equipment properly.

I had a surprisingly good experience here at this location. I had not visited a Dunkin Donuts location in a few years. The main reason being I am not a fan of their coffee. I say surprisingly because I ordered a blueberry muffin, and it is probably one of the best blueberry muffins I have tasted outside of Wegmans. In fact, eating the muffin between sips of creamed coffee, even the coffee tasted good.
The food is usually pretty good. Depending on the time of day, the service varies. Sometimes, the ratio of my iced latte isn’t exactly correct, but it’s never horrible. Overall, a pretty good location.
Parking: Because it’s in a gas station, the parking is kind of limited.
If I could do ZERO STARS i would. I sat at the drive thru for at least ten minutes with no communication and know it was working bcuz there was a girl at the pay window talking with someone. I go up thinking ok maybe there headset isn't working. Nope. They had it off and we're just talking with each other. Then she finally came to the window and talked to me as if I'm a inconvenience. Didn't say thank you or nothing and rolled her eyes at me. Will NEVER come here again and there's more detail I just am going to call corporate instead bcuz it was that bad and she was that rude. Worst customer service of my life. Everytime I come to this location it's horrible and after this I'm done. ZERO STARS . do better
