Sunday they were so rude to my husband and kept asking are you done are you done you need more tone of his voice was rude and annoyed . Then we go to the window to pay and he asked what he wanted and he and another female worker laughed and thought it was funny. So they didn’t even have our order down . Had to drive to a different Dunkin. Hire people who are respectful to others and who can take their job serious and professional .

Employees are on their phones more than they are focused on their tasks. My latte came out tasting like straight milk, and they refused to remake it.

Waste of money and time going to this Dunkin Donuts.

Service is god-awful. I purposely order ahead at least 15 min in advance in hopes that MAYBE my coffee will be ready by the time I get there. It never is. I end up waiting another 10 minutes and usually 5 of that is at the counter hoping that 1 of the 3 employees there will acknowledge the customers existence. I have never seen so much energy spent on actively trying to ignore the customer.

It took them over 10min in drive thru to complete my order. It took about 5min to take my order at the drive thru board. This has to be the worst dunkin donuts location in the area. They are constantly ridiculously slow every time. If I could give a zero I would.

First, there were about 5 workers just standing around. Then, they laughed at my burnt bagel. Then proceeded to glob butter on it. The one worker even said “isn’t that supposed to be butter not cream cheese?” Because of the amount of butter the girl was loading on. She laughed and said it would melt. It took us over 10 minutes to get our small order and we were the only ones in the drive thru when we arrived. Disgusting service and workers who don’t care

So I ordered their new seasonal Holiday Cookie Iced Signature Latte, as posted on the menu, I get to the window and they try to hand me a different drink, in which I said that that’s not what I ordered, and I re stated my order to them, the lady at the window and the manager Daniela both said “we don’t have a new latte..” while laughing with eachother. I go on their website and show them, and they go “oh that’s just cookie flavoring “ I said right… that’s what I wanted. And so they corrected my drink which wasn’t easy for them apparently. I then got my honey bacon sandwich. They gave me it cold, not heated up, the egg was still frozen, the cheese was cold, the bacon was cold. They’re RUDE. the manager and the check out lady who barely speaks English, are a JOKE!!
