Currently typing this review out after waiting in line for 30 minutes already. Through all my time of being in the area. The few times I decide to shop here- ever. Single. Time. If it’s just a coffee or a meal as well, I’m waiting over 20 minutes.

The lady who took my order was nice, but person who made my sandwich was rude the Indian guy he needs to be little respectful when makes sandwich , he hand me the sandwich with rudeness,

Recently my order has been tasting bitter so I went in to place the order and they rinsed the blender out in the handwash only sink and on top of that they had a fly on the maple donut which I Pointed out and they did not tossed the donut

Not only did the person over the speaker not wait until I got to the speaker to take my order, they were extremely rude. I order the same thing I do every day, but today they left the drive thru window open. The woman making my drink did NOT wash the blender to make my drink and mixed whatever the previous drink was with mine in the blender. I watched the entire thing and she STILL handed me my drink not full and instead of it tasting like chocolate like it’s supposed to it tastes like a frozen caramel coffee. Extremely disappointed in my service today.

The iced coffee has been terrible the last couple of times, to the point where Ive had to dump it out, even after trying to save it by adding more cream and sugar. There was garbage all over the parking lot and near the drive through. It was disgusting. This place has gone downhill. Dunkin used to be good, I think I'll be saving my money.
Not sure what is going on at this location but the past several times the wake up wraps and anything with eggs taste like cleaning solution or soap. This location takes sooooo long and worse every time I go here. I stopped coming here for a while but decided to give it another try. Whatever is happening with the food in unacceptable.

Went for just a ice coffee before work I was the only car in the drive thru but they made me wait for like 20 minutes. I had to take off without the coffee to do not be late ( not the first time that happened)

I went there today for an iced coffee, one car ahead of me. They must of messed up her ordered because she handed the bag back. Waited 20 minutes in line. They should have told her to pull up and not hold the other cars behind her! 2 stars.

Not only that I have to wait 20 minutes for one drink the manager the owner stood around, just staring at me didn’t offer to help the only gentleman that was polite and kind was a young man at the drive-through window. Then there was another lady who is quite miserable with no smile on her face just very rude and disgusting. Will never recommend this store.
