I’ve gone to this location almost every day for the past 4 years and within the past 4 months they have gotten so bad. They are almost never there an hour after they were supposed to open. I always wait in line forever and they get my order wrong. Like I said I used to love going here and now I’ve been having to go to Tim Hortons (even tho I do not like Tim Hortons ). Just wish I can get my breakfast sandwich without having to worry about someone not being there (or just not answering when someone pulls up) or if they will get my very simple order right. I’ve never wrote a review before but I had to say something

i pull up to drive thru, its free donut wednesday w drink. and i ask for drink. and then i say "that comes w free donut right?" bro says "no. no free donut". I say "theres a sign out front that says that though" he says "no it does not". i left the drive thru at that moment. lowkey tho, its fine.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts in Rochester. It takes them so long to even acknowledge you at the drive-thru. When they finally do, it's "I'll be with you in a second."

The slowest Dunkin ever. The minimum time you will spend in the drive thru is 15 minutes. Staff doesn’t care either which i can understand, but dang, at least try.
I came in to order an iced tea and some mini bagels. The guy who took my order made my drink. He got a cup and fill it all the way with ice, looks around and gets a cup that was sitting by the register and pours whatever was in it in my ice filled cup. I don’t know what was in that cup or how long it had been there. Was someone drinking out of this cup?? No idea. I was so shocked I just took it and left. Didn’t drink it of course, not going there again, ever. Disgusted

My husband waited nearly half an hour for an order of hashbrowns. One of the employees kept interrupting all the others causing a backup of all other preexisting orders. I don't even want to imagine how long those other customers had to wait for their orders. Very unprofessional.

Okay.. so drink wise this is my favorite Dunkin, however the young kids that work there in the early morning on the weekends need to get it together. If I order a WALK-IN not DRIVE THRU order mind you it’s 6am store is open go to get my WALK-IN order and the door is locked!! Why?!?! This has happened more than once.. if you are unable to fill orders ViA walk in you should not have the feature on. I should not have to wait in that long Drive thru line for no reason. Many of us have to get into work thus the reason why we order ahead and pick walk in for the convenience of this. I believe a manager that is an actual adult need to be at that store to help run the morning on the weekends or something, this is getting out of hand.

I 100% agree with all the comments regarding the poor customer service at this location. Its by far some of the worst i've ever seen. The employees have bad attitudes and are very disrespectful. Also the food was to hot to eat and would burn your mouth. Corporate, if you are listening you need to walk though this place and retrain. This has really given Dunkin' a bad name.

Poorly trained and poor management. Just spent 30 minutes picking up a drive thru mobile order, the car in front of me alone spent over 10 minutes at the window. The visit prior two employees were literally arguing with each other, one of whom worked the window interacting with customers while keeping the same energy. I won't be returning, there's a Starbucks and Tim Hortons 30 feet away. If this place can't remain professional, maybe a different establishment will.
