Not sure what is going on at this location but the past several times the wake up wraps and anything with eggs taste like cleaning solution or soap. This location takes sooooo long and worse every time I go here. I stopped coming here for a while but decided to give it another try. Whatever is happening with the food in unacceptable.

Went for just a ice coffee before work I was the only car in the drive thru but they made me wait for like 20 minutes. I had to take off without the coffee to do not be late ( not the first time that happened)

I went there today for an iced coffee, one car ahead of me. They must of messed up her ordered because she handed the bag back. Waited 20 minutes in line. They should have told her to pull up and not hold the other cars behind her! 2 stars.

Not only that I have to wait 20 minutes for one drink the manager the owner stood around, just staring at me didn’t offer to help the only gentleman that was polite and kind was a young man at the drive-through window. Then there was another lady who is quite miserable with no smile on her face just very rude and disgusting. Will never recommend this store.

This location states that they’re open at 4:30 in the morning and when I got there at 4:50 to get the five dollar meal before my shift at the hospital, all the lights were on, a person was inside, but nobody answered the speaker. I had to wait for 10 minutes before I left because I was about to be late to my shift. Please change your times if you are not going to be open at this hour.

My drink was close to being half empty. I ordered a cappuccino, not a shot of espresso. Also I stood there waiting to order while each employee looked at me like I had 5 eyes. Mind you there wasn’t a line inside. After 10 minutes finally someone believed I worth helping.

I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese, please cut it in half.
I went through the drive up window.
I got a toasted bagel, no cream cheese, not cut in half. I went into the building to get it fixed! All there was confusion! Everyone wanted to blame someone else, no one cared about fixing my bagel. After two minutes of watching the bickering, I asked for my money back. They didn’t give a crap that they were not taking care of the customer! Will never go to this store again! Some customer first training is required!!!

Whenever I've placed an order on the app for a customized dozen or two of donuts they never get them right. The last time I placed an order they told me they didn't have any donuts when I got there to pick my order up. It's been over a week and I still haven't received my refund. I won't br ordering here anymore!!!!

Drive thru order on the way to the hospital.
Only 1 item- large hot chai latte- $5.30.
Tasted watered down and barely warm.
No sticker on the cup or a receipt so can't prove anything.
O well, usuall really slow there. Just have to remember to go to a different dd.
