Two thumbs up for this location. Wanted to use my points to get my iced coffee and wasn't sure how since I had never done so before. The lady working on drinks/food came over and very happily showed me how to use my points. Usually people in most locations would be annoyed but she was so sweet!! So thank for that!!I ordered a medium decaf iced coffee with cream and mocha and a multigrain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. All I can say is YUM!!!! My coffee was made perfectly and the bagel was also perfect. It was soft and warm and not burnt like it has been from most locations. Again, two thumbs up from me! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

The guy that opens up the business at that's location is a dick head it was 6:14 and he wouldn't open the Dunkin store. They open at 6am everyday but when he seen me he didn't want to open. I am very disappointed and I wanna know that guys name so I could to the company about his desires of not opening when customers are trying to buy food.

Staff is rude, didn’t give me everything I ordered until I asked for it. Ordered a toaster bagel with cream cheese and it was not toasted and maybe a a teaspoon of cream cheese. Don’t waste your money at this store.

They only have one worker in the morning which is absolutely ridiculous for a Dunkin' donuts. It's been ongoing like this for years and the owners need to decide if they want to be in business or not

The line was HUGE.Best customer experience I've had in a long time. Got my order quick once I could put it in but they're WAY understaffed. They had only one employee at the busiest time of the day. And the one employee was running around like crazy back there trying to keep up with all of them while trying to take orders at the same time.

The workers at this location are extremely kind and always willing to fix your order if they don't have something in stock. Just today their oven was broken and they gave us an extra donut and said if we came back later we could get the rest of our order, and we did and it was great!! And they are always so nice and friendly, by far my favorite dunkin because the staff is super kind!!!

Don't go to this location if you want any type of esspresso! According to the workers their espresso machine is broken & has been for over 3 months already. In the past three months I've went there to order a latte they always tell me it's broken. They should put up a sign on the door saying their espresso machine is broken so people who want espresso dont waste their time going to this location. Ive also did a few mobile orders for an iced latte and when i went to pick up they tell me they cant make it because the machine is broken, mind you I already paid for my order on the mobile app. This has happened quite a lot to me & ive literally wasted money paying for a latte that I dont receive. Ive also went in person & ordered an iced latte & one of the workers tried to pawn off an iced coffee to me like I couldnt tell the difference between an iced latte vs iced coffee. Once i already paid for the iced latte & he never even offered me a refund. Im not sure if they can't afford a new but one but geez, 3 months is extremely long to not have a new or fixed espresso machine. So unfortunately I can no longer go to this location because they don't serve what it is I want due to the lack of equipment.
