Terrible service. Pulled up and greeted with a completely unprompted “you need to wait”. Waited in line for 5 minutes with 1 car in front, okay no problem maybe they had a big order. “What do you want” told them my order slowly and clearly, figured they were having a bad day. They asked me to repeat, took maybe 5 seconds to confirm with my passenger what they wanted and was rushed with a “hellooooo” repeated the order and they still read it back wrong, tried to clarify again but was interrupted with a “go to the next window”. Drove away without getting my order.

Honestly ridiculous, the interaction was so bad it didn’t even feel real. They probably aren’t paid enough to care, still don’t think it that excuses the rudeness.

Woman taking our order sounded young. Would not return. To clarify the drive through at the time had me and one other car in line.

Dunkin’ Donuts in the Safeway on Chili Avenue is the worst Dunkin shop on the face of this Earth. There were no cars in the Drive Thru and no one at the window. When I pulled up in the afternoon the response was, “ I will be with you in a minute.” 3 minutes later I was still waiting. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE LINE! This Dunkin is poorly managed and you always have to wait sometimes even when there’s no one else in line!

Ordered from grubhub. terrible.asked for less ice in my drink. instead got ice gallore. food was made WRONG, and some were not even there. asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon raison bagel with an extra egg. instead i get an everything bagel with ONE egg. and the 2 donuts i asked for were missing.i don't understand how something SO simple can be messed up SO bad. it's clear they don't even care and just want our money. and dont' even get me started on the so called "inflation". 5 bucks for TWO creme filled donuts? jfc that's highway robbery. so yeah. avoid this place.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND , ONLY 5star GOES TO A OLDER LADY WORKER that makes up for the many issues I see here daily! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF SHE IS THERE but make sure you have time because no other staff working half the time if they even are there.
(Joanne I believe her name is)
(older lady, dark hair, name starts with a J I believe)

J greets me with a smile religiously & majority of the time I don’t see anyone else working . I get amazing customer service and that’s unfortunate because that is going straight in the garbage because the staffing/management is not there and makes this store look like a fool.

I can’t complain , I choose to go to this location that doesn’t value their customer enough to take measures ensuring enough staff is present & working so that my experience is neutral at least , timely and consistent.
not timely , not consistent and on just luck of the draw they drew a big stick
With J so my experience with her is positive

I'm a longtime patron of Dunkin'. I prefer the stand a loan stores. Because of the warmth, seating, and better selection. The gas station Dunkin' is not the best example of a doughnut store. Only two seating options. One counter type w/ three chairs, one round table w/ a single chair. We would have preferred the round table w/ two or more chairs. The drinks and food were better than good. The staff were also kind and friendly. I'd return but prefer stand a loan stores. We got chocolate milk, coffee, 2 apple fritters, one egg, bacon, cheese croissant, one egg, sausage, cheese, muffin.

Workers are nice but just make sure you have 25+ minutes if you’re going around 7am regardless if you go in or use the drive thru

Very dismissive don't care that you are there. Claim they are by themselves but have another person there.

The work ethic of people these days needs to be studied because how do leave a whole item of food out of the order? PAY ATTENTION!! Everyone is so incompetent these days. And before you say it, yes, I’ve worked for this chain before. I know how bad this location has been.

Embarrassing for a Dunkin, very slow. 20+ minute wait and then you're ignored or your order is wrong. Go to any other Dunkin and it will be faster and better service.
