Extremely rude and unprofessional manger (female). this morning at 9:10am on 1/10/26 via drive through I asked for “10 Timbits” and immediately she started yelling “ we do not have timbits”. I immediately corrected my order and ask for munchkins. She yelled back at me saying again “I told you we do not sell them here”. When I told her that I am correcting the order and ordering donut holes, she kept yelling “it is called munchkin“ and she started speaking the word letter by letter. I was shocked for her immediate outburst and I asked to speak to the manager and she replied “I am the manager and I don’t want to serve you any more”. She kept yelling and cursing. I replied that I am very dust with the service of how poorly she is representing Dunkin Donut and I told that I would complain about this poor customer service for what she replied as “I don’t care and to get out of the drive way”. This had been an appalling terrible customer service and Dunkin Donut should look into this person behavior as it definitely will impact the reputation of the company. I have recordings of the exchange to support this complaint.

Rude Manager. Yelling at his employees for no reason. Genuinely terrible customer service from the manager but employees were fine. Put in an order in the app that charged my card twice but no order went through either time. He claimed it was a pending charge when I showed him the charge had posted, he said it would be refunded to my card and I asked him “ If you don’t initiate the refund, how will get refunded?” Which he had no answer too. I asked if he could just make the order I already got charged for which he refused even though I showed him proof of payment on my card and my order on the app. Ended up having to pay for my order a third time and will now be disputing the charge with my discover card because apparently it’s too hard to throw some donuts in a box that was already paid for twice.

It’s fine, it’s the slowest Dunkin I think I’ve ever been to though, usually only at Starbucks do I have to park while waiting in line but this Dunkin is the worst. If you want to get a drink in less than 10 minutes even if you order ahead, you have to go in.

My son & I stopped into this location & decided to come in to ask questions since we're doing Weight Watchers & didn't know what to get. Both Romando & Claire were amazing by patiently answering all of our questions & finding items we were happy with & all items were made with care & tasted awesome. Great service provided & my son & I enjoyed our visit.
