It’s fine, it’s the slowest Dunkin I think I’ve ever been to though, usually only at Starbucks do I have to park while waiting in line but this Dunkin is the worst. If you want to get a drink in less than 10 minutes even if you order ahead, you have to go in.

My son & I stopped into this location & decided to come in to ask questions since we're doing Weight Watchers & didn't know what to get. Both Romando & Claire were amazing by patiently answering all of our questions & finding items we were happy with & all items were made with care & tasted awesome. Great service provided & my son & I enjoyed our visit.

The food was alright the bathroom I found was disgusting feces splattered on seat hair and feces around the rim it is unsanitary and unsafe for the staff to have it in that condition.

Came into Dunkin on Monroe Ave 4/10/2024 at approximately 11:47am. The wait wasn’t long at all, sat down with 2 of my friends and we watched a young woman cleaning the walls, lower walls and the tables. She took her time and apologized to us, as we were eating. We didn’t mind, considering she was cleaning and she did such a good job! Thank you to her for keeping the area where everybody eats clean well organized! Attached are before and after photos! Great job!!!!

I’ve had other food but we ordered their botón creme donuts and somehow they forgot to fill every single donut with filling. Made it up by letting us get anything we wanted for free which was nice.

I want to applaud Dave and his partner who had to deal with a very befuddled customer who was just rambling and making things very complicated and confused placing her order. They were very patient with her while I stood there at least 10 minutes waiting for my turn. Ideally they should have opened a second till to deal with me but maybe that wasn't possible. I applaud Dave to recognize how frustrating this situation was and he gave me a very generous discount. I didn't even bring it up. It's rare for young employees to have this kind of maturity.
