Came here on 1/4 at 11:15am and sat in the drive through for 30 MINUTES. There were only two cars ahead of me. Not sure why this is the slowest DD in the area but they better training or staffing or something.

The old white woman that works there is absolutely nasty every single time I have encountered her - for a locally owned location, you might want to hire people that have some level of customer service. Way too old to be behaving the way she does. I don’t need an attitude bc you & your staff gave me one drink yesterday & something completely different today even though it’s the same order!! I can question that, it’s my money!! I’ll be going out of my way to other locations from here on out

See what happens when you fill the cups right up to the rim and don't put the lids on all the way. This happened on Thursday; today is Sunday and my hand still looks like this. I won't post a pic of the burns on my leg either. 🤬

The coffee was made well, the service was good although the atmosphere needs improvement, it seems like they are storing a bunch of stuff in the lobby and it looks like their doing renovations, please fix.

I have no idea who the new employee is, but she was VERY rude, god forbid if you ask her a question. I expected more from this location. I’ve been coming here for a year and never had an issue before, hopefully their standards on employees don’t go down hill with the new building update….

Absolute garbage customer service .. made me wait 10 minutes in the drive-through line.. Did not have my coffee ready when I got to the window, then I was handed a small instead of the medium that I paid for! I was not given the receipt I requested, and then he told me that I paid for a small when I do the same order every day. I paid for a medium. Due to the weight line when there was only 2 vehicles ahead of me.I was almost late for work so I needed to leave.I tried calling after I left. several times, every time they refused to pick up the phone and had it ring to voicemail.. which is not set up!!

Made my food incorrectly then got upset at me for it. Tried to correct it by taking my food and reseving it to me instead of making it fresh. Cook looks dirty and so does the scruffy white dude running the register. Highly recommend going ANYWHERE else
