Absolute garbage customer service .. made me wait 10 minutes in the drive-through line.. Did not have my coffee ready when I got to the window, then I was handed a small instead of the medium that I paid for! I was not given the receipt I requested, and then he told me that I paid for a small when I do the same order every day. I paid for a medium. Due to the weight line when there was only 2 vehicles ahead of me.I was almost late for work so I needed to leave.I tried calling after I left. several times, every time they refused to pick up the phone and had it ring to voicemail.. which is not set up!!

Made my food incorrectly then got upset at me for it. Tried to correct it by taking my food and reseving it to me instead of making it fresh. Cook looks dirty and so does the scruffy white dude running the register. Highly recommend going ANYWHERE else

Bagle was ston cold took them 15 minets too make it customer service was terrible was met with attitude and not a care in the world coffee tasted bitter and burnt when I expressed this about my coffee was met with shrugs and oh well that's how it is

This used to be my goto for morning coffee but I'm so tired of paying for it only to taste horrible or not get what I ordered. I could order the same exact thing every day and get a different drink every day. I'm honestly amazed they stay open.

Horrible service. I went at the end of the day, so only a few donuts and drinks could be ordered. I ordered 2 donuts and a disgusting iced coffee, you could tell they had made it with old water and they didn't let me make a complaint. They slammed the door in my face.

I've went to this location now twice and both times the coffee doesn't taste right, or fresh. Most recently, told them to remake it. And they were confused to why. Once the person remade it, it ended up being the wrong flavor as if she didn't pay attention, or to ask.

I was disappointed.. I really don't think it's appropriate to talk or mock other customers, while in the store and the whole staff is complaining and mocking someone in the drive thru... It's totally unexceptable. If u don't like your job, stay home. Sometimes, you may be the first person someone interacts with that day. Smile, be nice, and be a better⁶ person. Also, you have a line of customers. STAY OFF OF YOUR PHONE WHILE YOU ARE WORKING, IT DOESNT HELP GET THE CUSTOMERS THRU THE LINE WHILE YOU ARE BUSY ON YOUR PHONE

Dietary restrictions: It does ask when you are ordering to inform the person assisting you about any allergies to food. That is a good reminder if you have allergies. Sometimesu I don't think about it when just ordering a beverage.
