I've went to this location now twice and both times the coffee doesn't taste right, or fresh. Most recently, told them to remake it. And they were confused to why. Once the person remade it, it ended up being the wrong flavor as if she didn't pay attention, or to ask.
I was disappointed.. I really don't think it's appropriate to talk or mock other customers, while in the store and the whole staff is complaining and mocking someone in the drive thru... It's totally unexceptable. If u don't like your job, stay home. Sometimes, you may be the first person someone interacts with that day. Smile, be nice, and be a better⁶ person. Also, you have a line of customers. STAY OFF OF YOUR PHONE WHILE YOU ARE WORKING, IT DOESNT HELP...
