Ordered coffee through the Mobile App, one car ahead of me. There is a dog in the car and the Dunkin Donut Employee, pets the dog and sticks her hand out for the dog to lick her hand, which he accomodates her. The car leaves the drive through and I pull up. The young lady never washed her hands and preceeded to touch the people's drinks and handle food. I asked to speak to the manager, who finally came to speak with me, and I communicated what happened and his reply was ..."And we all do it....." I will never go to this location again. The workers did not have gloves on and they did not have hair covering and it appears that they do not take health and safety seriously! I am disappointed as this was my favorite Location in Rochester, NY!!!!!

The staff was amazing! When getting our order through the drive thru, they saw our little dachshund and offered a pup cup. We weren't aware that they offered that. Our little pup loved it! Thank you!!

the best dunkin i’ve been to. hashbrowns were perfectly crispy and golden brown. the coffee tasted like actual coffee and not mop water. got a breakfast sandwich and a wrap and they were perfectly made and hot.
