Very rude employees. I have lost faith in Dunkin, many locations are like this.

I typically go to this location all the time due to convenience but after today that will stop and I will have to go out of my way to a different store. There have been several times where I order a bagel and it hardly comes with cream cheese. Today I checked and they informed me the amount of cream cheese I get is normal. Each person gets one cup and anything extra is a charge. I’m sorry if I’m spending $1.50 extra for cream cheese my bagel better actually have it. The amount of cream cheese makes you just wants to buy the bagel itself. They were rude to me about it and I will never go here again as I have never had this problem besides here.

Placed an order at 9:41, 10:08 it was finally done after speaking to an Indian lady who tossed our food at us. An iced 2 and 2 looked like splash of coffee and all cream 🤮 looked like 20 workers. Super chaotic. And OMG so rude. All set there. Do better!

So awful!! They never have anything and the wait is ridiculous! I’ve been there a few times recently, and they didn’t have donuts at 4:30pm. Also didnt have cold brew at 8am on a Monday. Are you kidding me…

Food is good. Reccomend the loaded hashbrowns WITH extra cheese. Coffee is pretty good. Reccomend as a quick stop for breakfast b4 work.

All employees were rude this am and in general. I went in to order my latte due to an allergy and them previously saying they can’t accommodate my allergy in drive thru, Girl at counter acted like it was an inconvenience that I’m asking her to make my latte in one cup and not stirring it due to frequent cross contamination that happens at this Dunkin. (Less work for her mind you) Slammed my latte on counter, as if her attitude wasn’t enough to endure. Unfortunately this is not the first horrible service I’ve had at this location but fortunately will be the last encounter I have with them.

This one needs improvement! Was on lunch break, my sandwich was never cooked. Just bread,cold patty and a slice of cheese not melted. The girl at the window was rude, never greeted,just gave me the bag. I will not be back.

My order was a signature latte, GLAZED chocolate donut, hashbrowns and a boston creme donut. The indian lady threw the donut bag at me(not threw but she tossed it towards me) I don’t understand why the need for the rudeness when I said please after every request? I also asked for almond milk, I am lactose, I can tell she used whole milk. Ruined my day thanks!!! As for the glazed chocolate donut.. I don’t understand? I only said two words, glazed and chocolate. She seemed to be in a mood anyways so I didn’t bother requesting for anything else and just left. Never coming back. She was horrible. Other workers were great though!

The coffee is terrible. I've tried it a few times hoping it was just a bad or stale pot. Nope, always awful. I'm not sure how they can even make coffee taste that bad. The employees are nice enough. No complaints there. But I can't give more than one star to a coffee place with bad coffee.
