I have never dealt with more incompetent workers in my life. A bunch of teenagers trying to run a store when they don’t even know how to make a basic drink and then they don’t know how to respond to corrections.

my mom was having a really rough day today and the employees were so disrespectful and rude. she asked for fresh hashbrowns because they had passed around a bag of hashbrowns and then let them sit on the counter and my mom asked if she could please have fresh ones, while they were making the fresh ones the employees sat there laughing and the one employee ate them, extremely unprofessional and bad experience. they also took 15-20 minutes to give us our food.

The barista who took care of me up front (red hair) was incredibly kind and helpful even during a short transaction. Also was incredibly kind to the gentleman in front of me. Just a very nice experience/ made my day a bit better. When I was a barista I used to read our online reviews, so I hope they still do!

Great coffee and good food. Only issue in the setvice is very slow. Only 2 people ahead of me and I have to wait 20min. NPT a fast food/coffee place.

Quick stop for donuts, prices high like everywhere. Could use a little more cleanliness..overall I continue to go. Normally my coffee spot, in and out no delays, always fresh!

Ordered a large Caramel Macchiato and got a coffee with cream and sugar, tried calling repeatedly to notify the manager and the number goes no where you can't leave messages and paid for something you didn't even ask for.

I go to this Dunkin 5+ times a week and normally the service and the drinks are excellent. In fact I come to this location because they usually make my favorite drink, the strawberry refresher, better than most other local Dunkins. Yesterday evening I went to the drive thru to order and the voice over the com was a very tired sounding and muffled "what do you need?" No greeting, barely understood his words. Not the best way to address a customer. So I order my drink, and the guy doesn't tell me the price or to move up. I hear the com going on and off a few times, and hear some muttering. After about 1 minute of sitting there I ask "am I all set to move forward?" He comes back on and mumbles something else...I think he was asking if I wanted anything else. I said I just wanted the drink and he said "ok pull up". I pull up and hand him my card. I pay and he says my drink will be right out. I watch him proceed to make the drink. He makes the drink totally different, effectively he fills the cup up with ice, put about 80% green tea in, then put a splash of strawberry on top, didn't even fill the cup all the way up, it was maybe 85% full. Hands me the wrong size straw with it that doesn't reach the bottom of the cup. I don't complain and just say thanks and he says nothing. The drink basically just tasted like watered down unsweetened tea. Was very dissapointing. If you have new staff you need to train them how to speak on the drive thru and make the drinks correctly. Rudeness aside, If I got a drink like this again I'd probably stop going to this location unfortunately.
