The best Dunkin in Henrietta! The employees are always very nice and my drink is made consistently every time 10/10 :)

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews cause I never want to judge others just seems wrong I don’t know them but in the morning I don’t get what I order and most things are just wrong don’t mix drinks and leave out things and give me wrong food

By far the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had . The hash browns were cold , the drink was pure hot water . I ordered twice because the first drink was so bad , the second drink which was simply hot chocolate was hot water. The service was horrible. No thank you , eye contact . Have a good day. There were two girls one was pleasant, the other was horrible. She rolled her eyes when I politely asked for a hot chocolate , handed me the cup back and walked off . She made eye contact with her co-worker as if she was upset that I asked for it. I’ll stick to Tim Horton’s In every aspect.

The food is always good, the loaded hashbrowns are the best, one of their best items on the menu. Chipotle adds a nice touch to the queso in it. I would've been better if ordering in drive thru as it took 5 min and several employees walking past me standing there waiting to order

I went to grab some breakfast food for myself and my kids. I go to this Dunkin’ often, normally don’t have any issues. When I got home my son started to eat his breakfast sandwich, and as he was finishing it up it kind of fell apart. When he went to pick it back up and put it back together he noticed an eye lash looking hair on the egg portion of his sandwich. Safe to say he did not finish it after that.

Did the drive thru to get some donuts and coffee. Very happy. Service was fast. The drive thru has a very bad road - LOTS of deep potholes - be careful.
This place is TERRIBLE. The coffee always tastes bitter and they never make it right, the customer service is completely lacking, and they are always forgetting items when I order them. I will not be going here anymore because I just wasted my money, for the second time this month for awful food and missing items.

Why have a drive thru if it takes 20 mins to get through it? Donuts were hard and definitely not fresh. The hash browns were disgusting and went straight into the trash. Never going back again.
