I like this location. The people are very friendly, great energy and usually are on top of the orders. Today, I’m sad to report that when I received my order, I was disappointed. I ordered an everything bagel with avocado spread, hash browns and a sweet tea. Half my bagel didn’t have the spread on it at all and the hash brown were warm on top and mushy and cold in the middle. Because I’m at work, I wasn’t able to go back to ask for another bagel & hash browns, so it’s a big inconvenience.

This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a large Iced matcha, then watched through the window as the girl didnt even have half a cup worth of drink start pouring in ice to make it appear full. If im paying over $6.00 for a drink I expect to be given a full drink, not a cup of ice. Thoroughly disappointed in Dunkin

The lady in the drive-thru gave me a weird look when I asked for more cream, after already saying how many pumps of cream I wanted, versus what was seen on the label on the coffee. The coffee also tastes watery, and gross. Another Dunkin in the henrietta area that doesn't have good taste. Will not be going here again.

Drive thru order of toasted croissant with cheese was not properly toasted just warm with slice of cheese put on it .. coffee cake muffin was fine. Croissant is new variety not as past fluffy layered one !! Coffee was hot . Window food provider was pleasant
Vegetarian options: Being vegetarian always make my order with no eggs or meat whenever i stop in .. Bagels were also reduced in size !!
