The lady in the drive-thru gave me a weird look when I asked for more cream, after already saying how many pumps of cream I wanted, versus what was seen on the label on the coffee. The coffee also tastes watery, and gross. Another Dunkin in the henrietta area that doesn't have good taste. Will not be going here again.

Drive thru order of toasted croissant with cheese was not properly toasted just warm with slice of cheese put on it .. coffee cake muffin was fine. Croissant is new variety not as past fluffy layered one !! Coffee was hot . Window food provider was pleasant
Vegetarian options: Being vegetarian always make my order with no eggs or meat whenever i stop in .. Bagels were also reduced in size !!

I come here almost daily for my iced coffee. Chelsea, and the whole crew make sure you’re taken care of. The drinks and food are made properly, and I will continue to get my Dunkin at this store. Thanks for all you guys do!

This dunkin is always messing up my order. I’m not allowed to have eggs and always have an issue with them always putting eggs on my food. I always say no egg please and explain it to them. They just seem like they don’t care one bit. What if I was allergic to eggs and had a bad breakout. Open your eyes and ready the ticket.

I literally drive all the way from the Lake Ontario Parkway for this Dunkin. This is the only Dunkin in Rochester that has ever gotten my order right (I'm not being a Karen, it's just sad that it's true; ie ordering a frozen coffee and getting a frozen hot chocolate instead and then argue with me when I say it's wrong (Latta Rd & 390 Dunkin))
Parking: It's in a gas station and because it's Henrietta, there's a lot of 18-wheelers coming in and out in addition to cars. There's parking on two sides of the building and the other two sides are drive thru. Drive thru is definitely quicker and easier.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and handicap parking available. Doors are manual however.
