Since the one manager has been gone this store has gone down hill, I believe her name was Karen, they are understaffed as everyone quits I’m assuming it’s soo slow u wait for ever in the drive through and inside even with Mobil orders, there is times were it’s closed inside for not having enough people to work, there is a few people in there that are very nice and friendly but the rest are ignorant and clearly do not like their job, Don’t even need to be there. There is a really tall women with glasses she is the rudest of all, I’m not fond of her not many are as her attitude sucks, since the day she came on board, the customers waiting all complain amongst themselves, I went to the one on Dewey Ave it was very pleasant I didn’t have to wait at all, only thing about that location is parking is not so great, there were a-lot of people who used to work at MtRead over there now they all said they chose the Dewey location instead and quit the MtRead one, This location used to be great a long time ago not anymore I’m not the only one who feels this way trust me…

I used to love coming here since it first opened....what? 10, 15 years ago (I don't remember, tbh.)? Great staff and service. Now, with the passing of time, there's going to be new employees there. It seems like in the past year, the quality has gone down. Getting the wrong orders (I ordered a large iced coffee and got a medium.), poor wait times (I know there was one time a few months ago, I ordered ahead on the app -just an iced coffee, that's all-, got there 15 min. later. Nothing in the pickup area for me. I figure they were a little busy, so I wait a little longer. People come in, order, get their stuff. After 15 min of this, I go up to the counter to inquire about my order. At least the girl then was nice about it. I would've asked about my wrong coffee size today, but the girl today just seemed like she had a 'tude and I didn't want to deal with that crap.), etc.. It's no wonder I'm just sticking to cold brewing my own coffee. It'll probably be another several months before I decide to set foot in this locale again. :/

I want to leave a NEGATIVE Star, I just waited 30 minutes for one coffee and it was cold and tasted terrible! They need to shut that place down or do it right, the owner should be ashamed!!!! And this is every time I go there!🤬

This Dunkin is awful in terms of customer service, how long the food takes, and resolving any issues that arise. Ordering food can take a while sometimes, but I went when they were almost empty and it still took forever. We also ordered 50 munchkin donuts and the lady, Liz, put maybe 30 in a bag. When we went back in line to tell Liz about our lack of donuts, she just rolled her eyes and handed the bag to someone else, saying, "They said it doesn't look like 50." The other woman put a couple more in our bag and when we got home, we had a whooping 38 out of 50. We immediately went back to dunkin and the manager was no help. She offered us a refund on our munchkins but took our bag of 38 away to throw out. The refund wasn't even a real full refund because we still paid taxes and that isn't getting refunded. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and our other food was cold by the time we were able to eat after dealing with bad attitude workers and an incompetent manager. Don't come this this Dunkin unless you're OK with paying for food you'll never get.

So we had a mobile order and I ordered the iced chai latte with marshmallows cold form and When we had got it they put coffee in it so I went back for them to fix it for them to legit make it wrong again 🤦‍♀️ they made the chai but didn’t put the correct cold foam or the other pumps of sweetener I had put so what’s the point of even going back in again but management you guys need to have retaining or something cause that just wrong 😑 :update went back today and it was a different set of people and they did everything good and made the drinks perfect 5:08 08/15/2024

Disgusting attitudes, ordered a mobile order and sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. It does not take that long, as I work in fast food myself. Your workers just aren’t moving, or applying themselves obviously. Half of my order was forgotten. So I then had my 14 year old go inside to grab the rest and the front counter women had a horrible attitude. I called and asked to speak to the manager, who also had a horrible attitude and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. There are some people that aren’t going to tolerate that!

This location's donuts are the absolute WORST. They definitely use a private baker that is not Dunkin's recipe or quality. Dough sucks, barely any filling and hardly any toppings. Ongoing problem and it is obvious they are not willing to do things right in the bakery department. Very disappointed. The staff is nice and everything else is OK, but Dunkin is known for their donuts and this location is doing it all wrong.
