Got undercooked food and watered down coffee, super understaffed which isnt there fault but also annoying when you spend $$ expecting something fully cooked, if ur not gonna cook it all the way dont cook it at all I would rather they just pretend they didnt have it instead of wasting my money on gross cold food

This place used to be AWFUL and I can not say enough GREAT things about this place now! The staff and the new manager (don’t know her name, has blonde curly hair) are all amazing and remember all the regulars orders to the T! They are a great team of young girls and the new manager has done an excellent job turning this place around! They all work hard and many of us including myself who have had jobs like this in the past know how tough it is and they all serve with professionalism and a smile no matter if the line is out the door or it’s a holiday when no one should have to work. The manager deserves a huge raise and promotion for what she has done for this very busy location!

This place used to be AWFUL and I can not say enough GREAT things about this place now! The staff and the new manager (don’t know her name, has blonde curly hair) are all amazing and remember all the regulars orders to the T! They are a great team of young girls and the new manager has done an excellent job turning this place around! They all work hard and many of us including myself who have had jobs like this in the past know how tough it is and they all serve with professionalism and a smile no matter if the line is out the door or it’s a holiday when no one should have to work. The manager deserves a huge raise and promotion for what she has done for this very busy location!

I'd give it a zero if I could in the service area. This location and the other one on the corner of Buffalo Rd and elmgrove Rd are by far the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to in my life. I have never, I repeat NEVER, have gone there and have had my order correct or someone even remotely nice to me. This one on specific is always forgetting stuff on my order and there stuff that is put in my order is wrong. It took thirty minutes for a black coffee if that gives any indication of the service. IV literally been told by the worker they couldn't break my $50 Bill because there has been to much theft of the big bills in there safe so there not taking big bills anymore. How about watch your cameras???? What if that's all I had on me that day? Money is money and because you have a bunch of thieves up in there, the customers have to suffer? Get it together. Don't even get me started on how rude most of the employees Iv had the pleasure of taking care of me...not. Rude from the young teenagers all the way up to women pushing there 50s. If they hate there job so much don't with there!!! Because clearly they do! Read all the reviews... Get it together Dunkin.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you have a wheel chair you can get only a side of the building parking spot due to it being in a gas station. And I can't imagine it being easy or even big enough for those using a when chair trying to get back to where the counter to order is because it's tiny back there

This place survives solely on the fact that it is connected to a busy gas station. Manager is extremely rude and most staff is untrained (Anthony was great). If you want something you didn't order try this dunkin'! If you want what you ordered try the dunkin 3 miles down the road!
Just look at the picture. That’s a bagel with cream cheese and cream cheese is like 1$ now don’t think that is 1$$ worth..It took 10 minutes because apparently they were friends with the person in front of me they were chatting and giving them free food. Horrible service .

The attendant was not knowledgeable of what I wanted. Very slow, and I didn't look like he wanted to be there. Didn't have the ingredients to make my drinks. Eventually they didn't have the cup size for the drink, so my 2 drinks had to be refunded. The donut holes that i purchased were stale. Overall, wost customer service and food. WILL NEVER VISTA THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

The drive through on this Dunkin is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. If you’re in a rush you are better off getting out of your car walking in and even then can’t be sure you’ll get a simple coffee before 20 mins go by.

Slow service in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes two different days when there was only one car ahead of me. Burnt avocado toast, wrong orders. Leave you waiting at the window with no explanation or apology for taking up your time.
