Worst customer service! I accidentally put my mobile order (an ice coffee) in at the wrong location. Showed the kid my app He said that’s not our store. I said it was just an ice coffee. He says not our store have a great day and gives me a thumbs up!

Their product is a far CRY f rt om what it used to be, and so much smaller. Coffee equipment studs are really poor,; they pour from pot yo pot, and don't cleanse brew heads after brewing either. All those oils and chaf building up- YUCKERS. THE ATTITUDE of most drive-thru staff is really poor too.

I don't know what happened to this place. I order here daily and the staff used to be friendly and quick. Apparently everyone who was competent quit all at once because now everyone is either rude or wildly confused, and always slow.

Terrible experience! For starters the employee at the window was rude, rushing me with my order & all i asked for was a coffee & 2 glazed donuts anyways i got to the window & it took about 3-4 minutes for someone to take my payment. I get my order & the coffee was perusal but the donuts had little black things on them so i simply requested for new donuts & i was refused! And told “they all have that on them, that’s how they’re made”. This is unacceptable customer service, I’ve worked at Tim Hortons so I’m aware that something such as a request for new donuts because theres something on the donuts that shouldn’t be there would be a request easily fulfilled. Instead i wasted 1.75$ on 2 glazed donuts wasted 3.50$ it’s not much but enough for me to stop start going to Tim hortons instead!, where simple request such as a new donuts can be easily & happily fulfilled.

Be very careful with this location- I used a gift card here and this location took $15 additional off of the balance. Corporate refuses to help and says it is a 'store issue'. The store has not returned my calls and/or manager has not been on duty the several times that I have stopped in.

Got undercooked food and watered down coffee, super understaffed which isnt there fault but also annoying when you spend $$ expecting something fully cooked, if ur not gonna cook it all the way dont cook it at all I would rather they just pretend they didnt have it instead of wasting my money on gross cold food

The staff and the new manager (don’t know her name, has blonde curly hair) are all amazing and remember all the regulars orders to the T! They are a great team of young girls and the new manager has done an excellent job turning this place around! They all work hard and many of us including myself who have had jobs like this in the past know how tough it is and they all serve with professionalism and a smile no matter if the line is out the door or it’s a holiday when no one should have to work. The manager deserves a huge raise and promotion for what she has done for this very busy location!

The staff and the new manager (don’t know her name, has blonde curly hair) are all amazing and remember all the regulars orders to the T! They are a great team of young girls and the new manager has done an excellent job turning this place around! They all work hard and many of us including myself who have had jobs like this in the past know how tough it is and they all serve with professionalism and a smile no matter if the line is out the door or it’s a holiday when no one should have to work. I'd give it a zero if I could in the service area. This location and the other one on the corner of Buffalo Rd and elmgrove Rd are by far the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to in my life. I have never, I repeat NEVER, have gone there and have had my order correct or someone even remotely nice to me. This one on specific is always forgetting stuff on my order and there stuff that is put in my order is wrong. It took thirty minutes for a black coffee if that gives any indication of the service. IV literally been told by the worker they couldn't break my $50 Bill because there has been to much theft of the big bills in there safe so there not taking big bills anymore. How about watch your cameras???? What if that's all I had on me that day? Money is money and because you have a bunch of thieves up in there, the customers have to suffer? Get it together. Don't even get me started on how rude most of the employees Iv had the pleasure of taking care of me...not. Rude from the young teenagers all the way up to women pushing there 50s. If they hate there job so much don't with there!!! Because clearly they do! Read all the reviews... Get it together Dunkin.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you have a wheel chair you can get only a side of the building parking spot due to it being in a gas station. And I can't imagine it being easy or even big enough for those using a when chair trying to get back to where the counter to order is because it's tiny back there
