This used to be my FAVORITE spot to grab breakfast from on my way to work, but as of lately, with the turn over, service is terrible. They don’t season the Snackin bacon, my bagels have been so hard I could catch a case and live out the rest of my life in an orange jumpsuit if I were to hit someone with it, and my coffee is a hit or miss witch is crazy since I only use swirls with no cream or sugar. SMH. Very disappointing that now I have to pass it to go to elmgrove and I’m late to work due to the inconvenience. So disappointing. The bagel doesn’t look bad but boy oh boy it’s hard.

I was surprised with the quality of this Dunkin. They made the BEST Frozen Coffee I've ever had and I've ordered one from many different locations. The staff was super friendly!! Will definitely be going back!!

When you by a meal ,you should not have to PAY 1.08 FOR WATER. I can understand some will charge 20 cent at some places. Atten! All locations do not charge this for water. Just shows me and my family and friends where not to SPEND MONEY! DO BETTER for your customers SMH!

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Rochester. I unfortunately keep going there because it’s close to my house but every single time it’s a terrible experience and I keep telling myself I’m never coming back again. On top of the service being slow, they NEVER have donuts.

I was acknowledged after standing there for a while waiting to order. I was told they would be with me but the cashier proceeded to continue to help the lady working the drive through window, all the while they both see me standing there and NEITHER LADY stopped to take my order….so I turned around and bought 2 slim Jim’s instead to put something on my stomach will never stop there again horrible customer service just horrible!!! And this was this morning at 9:45am so the 2 women working today at this time were there by themselves they needed help or something!!!

20 minutes 3rd car in line ordered a bagel sandwich and 25 pack of munchkins.
She gave me 2 flavors I asked for a mix.
I got plain and cinnamon!
What a joke. All employees look like they could work in the circus

Worst customer service! I accidentally put my mobile order (an ice coffee) in at the wrong location. Showed the kid my app He said that’s not our store. I said it was just an ice coffee. He says not our store have a great day and gives me a thumbs up!

Their product is a far CRY f rt om what it used to be, and so much smaller. Coffee equipment studs are really poor,; they pour from pot yo pot, and don't cleanse brew heads after brewing either. All those oils and chaf building up- YUCKERS.
THE ATTITUDE of most drive-thru staff is really poor too.

I don't know what happened to this place. I order here daily and the staff used to be friendly and quick. Apparently everyone who was competent quit all at once because now everyone is either rude or wildly confused, and always slow.

Have been to this location twice. First time they couldn't cook any food and had to wait 20 minutes to get just a coffee. Second time, sandwich was burnt. People are nice just not ideal execution.

Terrible experience! For starters the employee at the window was rude, rushing me with my order & all i asked for was a coffee & 2 glazed donuts anyways i got to the window & it took about 3-4 minutes for someone to take my payment. I get my order & the coffee was perusal but the donuts had little black things on them so i simply requested for new donuts & i was refused! And told “they all have that on them, that’s how they’re made”. This is unacceptable customer service, I’ve worked at Tim Hortons so I’m aware that something such as a request for new donuts because theres something on the donuts that shouldn’t be there would be a request easily fulfilled. Instead i wasted 1.75$ on 2 glazed donuts wasted 3.50$ it’s not much but enough for me to stop start going to Tim hortons instead!, where simple request such as a new donuts can be easily & happily fulfilled.

Be very careful with this location- I used a gift card here and this location took $15 additional off of the balance. Corporate refuses to help and says it is a 'store issue'. The store has not returned my calls and/or manager has not been on duty the several times that I have stopped in.
