I just experienced the worst customer service ever the lines were long. They didn’t get my order correct. I just asked for a refund and walked out. Don’t ever go to this one in the morning you experience a long wait time Just to receive a coffee or a doughnut. I also ended up being late to my business meeting

This was a terrible experience. The employee made my drink incorrectly and didn’t want to remake it. I told him I would like it made the way I order it. He went to another employee and started talking in their language. She came over and tried to convince the drink didn’t have to made that way just add the stuff on top. I didn’t want that.. while waiting for the remake I was waiting for my food. I seen several bags but the manager was on the phone. When I asked him was one of these my number he said he called it out. I said I was here for 15 minutes you out the food in the bags and didn’t call any numbers out, you were on the phone. He said maybe I didn’t hear him because I was in the bathroom or something. He wasn’t going to keep calling numbers out. The service was terrible. The staff itself wasn’t welcoming on Christmas Day. I will never visit this store again.

Ordered off doordash, they threw my coffee roll loose in the bag alone with everything else, got both sandwiches wrong too. Sandwiches were also ice cold even though the dasher got to me in a timely manner. These people do not care about their customers.

horrible service, person at register did not listen while i was ordering. kept putting wrong food items in. finally got the write order put in and was still given the wrong food item

Don't go here if you're on two wheels. I forgot my bike lock and they don't like when you use the drive-through on your bike, so I brought it inside. The manager yelled at me loudly and refused service, so I left. The place was empty except for one other customer and the bike was in no one's way. Completely exaggerated response to the situation.

This location is too small to keep up with the traffic. There's always a problem with the system and today wasn't any better. The management is the absolute pits. I don't recommend anyone going there ???
