I created a mobile order at home twenty minutes before I left home.Because I know this location can be very slow..They had my food sitting there getting cold on a mobile order? But the coffee was not poured.It was just a hot coffee in the lady would not pour my coffee.She told me I had to wait behind the people who came in before me but yet, I did a mobile order thirty minutes prior. I try to brush off the rudeness as they're busy. But this lady told me I had to wait behind the people who were there before me when I did a mobile order thirty minutes prior.. I ended up leaving without my coffee and cold food. I will not go back to this location ever again.

First time I came to this Dunkin'. 2 girls working around 12pm today, looked absolutely miserable. Brunette/Blondish hair lady came to the register, just staring at me and didn't say anything, I had to just assume she was ready to take my order. It was so uncomfortable her negative energy ruined my appetite.

The food is fine, up to quality, normally very tasty, though I have gotten the wrong item on multiple occasions. The wait, however, is often terrible, no matter how many people are there. The drinks are also very low quality, and most of the time the frozen drinks are very poorly blended, with massive chunks of ice. I like to get cold foam instead of whipped cream, but it’s rare to actually get the cold foam.
Today I tried to ask for what I actually ordered, and the worker there just told me he hadn’t added the cost to the order, so I couldn’t get cold foam.
There is usually the same two workers, and neither of them seem to be able to handle orders. There is a different Dunkin near here with much better service, wait time, and quality. Unfortunately, I don’t usually have time to go there, so if I want Dunkin, this is what I get.

Mornings are busy. I’m patient and get that but when you have a line in your store 5 deep and continue to help the drive thru and ignore your in store clientele, that is unacceptable. Not even an acknowledgment or be right with you. There should always be an in store counter clerk available to help those in store and if there isn’t anyone then help the drive through. 10min later, I’m still in line with 2 people in front of me not being helped that I can write this review up! Manager is trying to hustle her employees but it is not working!
