This was our first visit at the ROC airport since it has been remodeled. I remembered a McDonald's where this DD is. Anyways... Service was quick and friendly. Coffee was hot (super scalding melt your face hot) and delicious. We got a couple donuts too which were tasty and fresh. Price... well, we're at an airport so of course it's higher than usual.
Since the remodel at the ROC airport, this has been where I've been picking up morning pre-flight coffees. The service is speedy and friendly. I go for a small black coffee and if I need a bite to eat, a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese. It may not be the best I've ever had, but it's quick, easy, and no-nonsense. At the ROC airport, that's all we've got for now so I'll take it.

My husband and I flew for a quick trip to NYC. I have to say I had the most efficient, friendly service I've ever experienced at a local Rochester Dunkin at this location. The manager handed me my food. Wish this crew worked at the Greece locations!
