This Dunkin on Lake Ave was a big shock! The girl who waited on me I think was the manager. She was wonderful!! The sausage, egg,and cheese on a sesame bagel was the bomb!! The store was very clean and nice.

I am currently sitting in the drive thru 25 minutes and counting..
They are ripping people off when they buy coffee the extra large cup has a bottom 3/4 inch from the bottom making it a large and they fill the cup up an inch Below the top. Making the entire cup a medium.

I love Dunkin. I always have and I always will because the food is great and the coffee is amazing. What I didn't expect at this location was great service and competent staff, and the reason for that is because it's located in the heart of Downtown Crack Haven on Lake Avenue. Every other restaurant in this area is a poorly run mess of carelessness. But somehow Dunkin has risen above this unfortunate trend and shines like a bright star of casual restaurant perfection!

Matcha chai Or bye
They can't figure out how to ring up a matcha with 2 pumps of chai. The concept of a matcha chai latte confuses the hell out of them and they can't figure out how they would ring up such a thing in the first place. it's matcha , with two pumps of chai. Hot or iced. Please send corporate to help them figure it out as the current manager couldn't hash it out either. They have both ingredients just not the know how. Also bacon should not be squishy.
