I’m not understanding how is it you go to Dunkin’ Donuts and you go to the drive-through and you ask for something and you pay almost $15 for some food and you get a donut that only cost a dollar and some change. I am so upset right now about my money nobody should have to go to this. It’s too hard to come across the money these days to be wasted at establishment that’s not paying attention I don’t want to give you no stars because every time I go to you guys all lol Avenue you never do my shit right and you always giving me some shit that don’t belong to me . Total rip off , was told they had no creamer they never said anything about not having small cups, instead they give me a medium with almond milk of which they never said it was an extra charge. Paid $4 and change for something I never ordered. I see why Starbucks is dominating that market !!!

The loaded hash browns were halfway full, there was no whip cream on the vanilla bean coolotta I ordered, not that she asked me when I was ordering. I would have asked her to put it on there but I was already running late for my next meeting. She was very short with me when I was ordering, but she was nice. A lady was walking up to vehicles begging for money, and I know it's hard to avoid with that area but there was a cop in the same parking lot just watching her. Overall I enjoy this location more than others in the city.
Parking: Parking on both sides of the building and in the Plaza if need be, but it's never that crowded from my experience.

I ordered a large hot chocolate with milk n a mocha shot and got a coffee, n the phone doesn’t work. Went back to get the right thing and they still got it wrong. It’s the little short girl that makes the issue. She knows she can’t hear and doesn’t ask to make sure she heard you right. Instead your met with an attitude when you try to check your drink you already had to come back to get. Then it’s still not right because she didn’t hear your right but she will stand there and try to tell your what you asked for. Understandably the manger backs up her employee but she is an issue and needs to be held accountable. Totally different when the male staff are in.
