They rarely have food or donuts. There's no menu outside in the drivethru. Cashiers are rude. Service is slow.
4 months later, staff still rude. Service us faster but if there's an error there's a 10min wait in line to go back to the window.. I ordered the toasted white chocolate latte and the cookie butter latte. The cashier brought me 2 cookie butter lattes.. when i asked for my correct drink, she went to the back and added the topping for my drink yo yh3 cookie butter ... manager is the one who told her to do it.. count your days Rae( manager) I'm calling corporate on you and your staff

I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location and was very disappointed with the experience. I ordered a hot chocolate made with almond milk, which is a standard option at most Dunkin’ locations. The employee informed me that it could only be made cold with almond milk because they couldn’t heat the milk.
As a former Dunkin’ employee myself, I know that the espresso machine is fully capable of steaming milk, including almond milk, to serve hot beverages properly. Instead of arguing, I chose to cancel my order but I left unsatisfied and genuinely surprised by the lack of basic product knowledge.
This isn’t about one mistake; it’s about training and customer service standards. Management or whoever holds seniority at this location should ensure staff are properly trained in drink preparation. A simple refresher on how to prepare a hot chocolate shouldn’t be overlooked, especially when it affects customer satisfaction and brand consistency.

It would be nice if some knew how explain something. I could care less about about a Halloween bucket but since it was said that there's no extra I said sure, and sure enough it was a few dollars more.

Horrible fire who ever is working morning shifts I asked for a iced coffee with two pumps of brown sugar and they put nothing my coffee was bitter and watered down I asked for two wake up wraps and they where uncooked and my bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was burnt and tasted like nail polish fire all people working in the morning and person who was working in the drive through is disrespectful.

Horrible customer service wedding 30 minutes from my order and decided to ask for my money back because the employees were in their eating food walk around and talking and looking at the drive-thru window not caring that there was a line full of customers behind us at least six more cars behind us and they were in there just eating food laughing and not making orders so I asked for a refund I didn't even get anything I asked for a refund because it was just so unprofessional on top of that they didn't have any gloves on they were eating and touching other people's food items is cross-contamination it's not sanitary is just unprofessional and very rude
Listen, I get it, working fast food and retail sucks. But please don't take it out on customers who just need food to get through their own jobs. Last time, I was given loaded HBs with very little cheese, and my order was late even though I ordered ahead and the store was empty except for me. How is that possible?

I’m not understanding how is it you go to Dunkin’ Donuts and you go to the drive-through and you ask for something and you pay almost $15 for some food and you get a donut that only cost a dollar and some change. I am so upset right now about my money nobody should have to go to this. It’s too hard to come across the money these days to be wasted at establishment that’s not paying attention I don’t want to give you no stars because every time I go to you guys all lol Avenue you never do my shit right and you always giving me some shit that don’t belong to me .
