Listen, I get it, working fast food and retail sucks. But please don't take it out on customers who just need food to get through their own jobs. Last time, I was given loaded HBs with very little cheese, and my order was late even though I ordered ahead and the store was empty except for me. How is that possible?

The loaded hash browns were halfway full, there was no whip cream on the vanilla bean coolotta I ordered, not that she asked me when I was ordering. I would have asked her to put it on there but I was already running late for my next meeting. She was very short with me when I was ordering, but she was nice. A lady was walking up to vehicles begging for money, and I know it's hard to avoid with that area but there was a cop in the same parking lot just watching her. Overall...
