More miss than hit.11/18 this guy repeated my order back to me and gave me everything wrong except the donut and it even had remnants of another donut on it. It was the attitude that shocked me tho. Drive a little further down to get what you pay for.

As soon as we got on the drive-through the tone of the worker was off. He started taking the order with attitude and also kept repeating if we’re don’t with our order or not. My little siblings in a car said why is that guy so angry after we finished our order. While giving me change he almost threw the coins at me. Not coming back to this spot.

Horrible Dunkin Donuts. They barely speak english. They are rude. They are slow. The building is run down and dirty. I wouldn't trust this establishment to handle my drinks or food. I can't prove it but I became very sick after drinking a latte there.

Wolfpak and the crew that is on with him get my order right and ready in a timely manner, they do phenomenal. Later in the day you may run into issues (after 4) but typically the crew between 8am-3pm are super nice. You may wait a few minutes in line but thats with anywhere you go!
Horrible it’s crazy when people have to pay outrageous prices for donuts for them to be served hard as a rock and barely frosted. Especially at 4am serving old donuts from the day before is ridiculous and lazy. BAKE FRESH DONUTS OR PUT THEM ON SALE SIMPLE.

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the city of Rochester and anywhere they lie to customers they lie to drivers they refuse to make orders that people have paid for they give orders to the wrong people when someone's standing right there waiting for waiting for their food the owner is arrogant and he's the liar of the of the bunch do not go to this dunkin if you want good customer service do not go to this dunkin if you want your food. I am a delivery driver Who came here to pick up an order for a customer they lied and said that some man picked it up their previous driver was a woman the customer walked up to the store to meet me to tell them they didn't get their food and they need to remake it the owner refused to remake the order For the customer who literally walked up there to meet me the Uber drivor and confronthe owner who is also the cashier. Don't deal with people who lie to you and steal from you
