Cannot get verbal orders correct. Asked for an extra shot of espresso in my iced coffee as well as extra ice and neither were provided. The person who took my order made verbal confirmation on the requests and drink still came out wrong.

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely LOVE Dunkin BUT this location is horrible. Every time I go there’s a problem. One time I ordered food and it was all just tossed in the bag like nobody’s cared. My donut was crushed and hash browns were everywhere. I recently got a small coffee and there’s coffee grounds all in the bottom. Yes you will have coffee grounds in your coffee because it’s not going to be perfect but I’m literally chewing coffee grounds. This dunkin needs to get better. If you have to option go to a different location.

Is Dunkin only good for iced coffee? Not this Dunkin lol but in general because their food is awful and this location has terrible customer service. And usually out of donuts. Terrible at baking. We stopped going here after getting disappointed too many times..
Now we go to the Tim Hortons close by and get our coffee. They are super fast, very friendly and accurate. Highly recommend.
