Ordering ahead is a gamble at this location. If they're busy, the line quickly spills onto East Ave and you can't get into the lot even just to walk in. This location has been missing the mark lately. Usually pretty consistent in the mornings, but they forgot to put egg on my breakfast sandwich one day. Next time I went the signature drink was filled to about an inch from the top. Tasted good, but it was like they forgot to put the whipped on. That and I sat at the pickup window for 3+ minutes before they even acknowledged anybody was there. ??♂️

Absolutely shocking behavior and treatment from cashiers this afternoon. July 6th at approx 5:15pm. Went through drive through, no one answered so went into the store. Customer inside also waiting to order. When I called for someone to please assist us I was met with such an attitude from the employee when I told them I had gone through the drive through and no one took an order. I'm going to stop coming here because their employees are becoming less and less friendly and more and more mannerless.

For a quick bite and coffee/tea this is perfect. Occasionally the crew behind the counter is disorganized. Not recommended (both drive thru and eat-in) during rush hour if you're in a hurry.
Parking: Small parking lot. It can be jam packed. Drive thru can be very slow and ooze out onto East Avenue, blocking the traffic.
It was my first time in Dunkin Donuts, from Canada. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunkin’ Donuts and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I ordered a coffee and one of their famous donuts, and both were absolutely delightful. The coffee was perfectly brewed, rich, and flavorful, while the donut was fresh, soft, and delicious.
What truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding customer service. The employee at the front counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to make sure my order was accurate and even offered helpful suggestions with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care for the customers really stood out.
The atmosphere of the store was clean, inviting, and well-organized, adding to the overall positive experience. It's clear that this Dunkin’ Donuts location places a high value on customer satisfaction. I left with a smile on my face and a strong desire to return soon. Highly recommended!
